Service ...not at all My car 2014 2014 Equus Ultimate. In the past 2 years I have been in for service 3 times. Each time cost me at least 3 hours of waiting, at least le My car 2014 2014 Equus Ultimate. In the past 2 years I have been in for service 3 times. Each time cost me at least 3 hours of waiting, at least least 3 phone calls. First time was air conditioner problem (had an appointment with them). After 4 hours I demaned a loaner, which was supposed to be provided anyway. Next day I called, they had backed my car off the edge of the lift, bursting the tire and gouging the rim. Took 4 days to fix. Picked car up. After driving 10 minutes, still not cooling. Service said I needed to lower windows to get hot air out before it would cool. Service manager told them to check it again. Next day car was finally ready. 7 days to fix! Last time was possible alternator failing. 2 other service providers had checked system and reached same conclusion. Took it to Werner Hyundai with no appt. asked for shuttle ride, told it would be 1/2 hour... 3 hours later it came. They kept my car 3 days, found no problem. I loved that car but will not accept that kind of service. Traded the car for a new E450. Werner Hyundai offered to buy it for $16,000.00. Mercedes dealer gave me $22,000.00 in trade-in. More
Melissa makes everything better . There was a mixup with my appointment and Melissa was able to get me in and not only that but it sure my comfort while I waited which was not a long . Service associates are always courteous and thorough on the work done on the vehicle. Would recommend this dealership to anyone!! This is such a refreshing change from the KIA dealership that I have dealt with for years, but now that Werner has taken that over I’m sure that dealership will improve. Keep up the good work!! More

Service extends beyond just the repair The service department does an amazing job making the unpleasant task of waiting just a bit better. From the new massage chairs to the Starbucks coff The service department does an amazing job making the unpleasant task of waiting just a bit better. From the new massage chairs to the Starbucks coffee and Dunkin’ Donuts, to just lounging around they keep you comfortable and help pass the time working at their computer friendly high top tables over looking the service bay or in front of the flatscreen tv. Came in for a tire repair and the service tech not only got it in quickly but was able to get the tire cost covered by warranty. Really a top notch place! Makes you want to change your mind about the negative perception of dealership mechanics and service! More

My Werner experience Having your car serviced/repaired is never a pleasant experience. However, if there were such a thing, it would exist at Werner Hyundai. The folks in Having your car serviced/repaired is never a pleasant experience. However, if there were such a thing, it would exist at Werner Hyundai. The folks in service are attentive and accomodating in a way I'm unaccustomed to. I actually trust them! I highly recommend Phil and company, whether you own a Hyundai or not. More
