Impossible to get quick service. I had my first service appointment on October 2, 2019. I had bought the platinum service plan when I purchased the car in March, 2019. My husband an I had my first service appointment on October 2, 2019. I had bought the platinum service plan when I purchased the car in March, 2019. My husband and I arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment time. I spoke to my adviser, Rebecca Schumaker, and explained my husband had been ill since July and he could not sit around for too long a time. I asked them to skip the free car wash we were entitled to and just change the oil and oil filter. I would get the car wash on another visit. I was assured that this was no problem. We arrived at 12:00 noon and our appointment was for 12:30 p.m. At 1:30 p.m., my husband became very irritated and asked what was taking so long to change the oil and filter? My husband had been a mechanic his entire life and until recently, had always changed the oil in our cars. He was told there was a recall on something on our car and the computer would have to be re-set. He asked how long that would take, and Rebecca said she did not know. I was pacing back and forth through the showroom floor and waiting room to handle my stress when a gentleman in a suit walked by and said (jokingly), "I've been watching you walk. You are going to wear out the floor". I stated that if he wanted to get rid of me, he could get my car serviced. He then asked if there was a problem, to which I said "yes" and explained the problem to him. He said he would see what he could do. Then Phillip H. from the service department came to me and apologized and said that he had overheard me telling my advisor about the need for my husband and I to get through this visit within a reasonable length of time. He said we should have been offered to set up the computer reset at a later date, and just accommodated us to have the oil and filter changed. He said he would see what he could do. At 2:15pm, Ralph brought our car to the front of the dealership and told us the oil and filter had been changed and had apologized again for the miscommunication and prolonged wait. We thanked him and left. We still had an hour drive to get home. More

Leaking oil My vehicle was brought in for a routine oil change that’s supposed to be under a service contract. I was told the contract is not on file. Then I wake up this morning to a puddle of oil and my vehicle smelling like oil. When I came out of work for lunch, I noticed another puddle. I immediately called the service department and was transferred to a service advisor’s voicemail. I left a message and attempted to to drive and the car would not accelerate and started making a noise. I ended up driving in with the hazard lights on. More

It could have been better Once I picked up my car from being serviced, I found out my repairs wasn’t covered. They was going to literally remove the part because of it. When Be Once I picked up my car from being serviced, I found out my repairs wasn’t covered. They was going to literally remove the part because of it. When Becky found out it wasn’t covered, she could have called to notify the update instead of me waiting once I returned to pick up my car. Though she was apologetic and it was her fault, I felt mistreated. Marcus (manager) only reinforced that I wasn’t covered under warranty but didn’t offer anything else but to remove my new repairs. The ONLY two great experiences I had was the massage chair and the greeter that met me at the door. More
