It could have been better Once I picked up my car from being serviced, I found out my repairs wasn’t covered. They was going to literally remove the part because of it. When Be Once I picked up my car from being serviced, I found out my repairs wasn’t covered. They was going to literally remove the part because of it. When Becky found out it wasn’t covered, she could have called to notify the update instead of me waiting once I returned to pick up my car. Though she was apologetic and it was her fault, I felt mistreated. Marcus (manager) only reinforced that I wasn’t covered under warranty but didn’t offer anything else but to remove my new repairs. The ONLY two great experiences I had was the massage chair and the greeter that met me at the door. More

Mostly good I came in for service today and was blown off by L.isa.. She said she was leaving to do errands. In the middle of the workday?? It did not look as though she ever left, as she was there helping other customers. What did I do wrong???? Whatever her problem was it ruined my experience at the dealership today, as well as my day. Phil, another consultant stepped up and helped us. I received no apology, but another snippy answer from Lisa when I asked to forgo my car wash. More

Marcus has always been the person I go to for service needs or problems and he make sure that they're handled with no issues of having to keep being the vehicle for the same reason. Service ...not at all My car 2014 2014 Equus Ultimate. In the past 2 years I have been in for service 3 times. Each time cost me at least 3 hours of waiting, at least le My car 2014 2014 Equus Ultimate. In the past 2 years I have been in for service 3 times. Each time cost me at least 3 hours of waiting, at least least 3 phone calls. First time was air conditioner problem (had an appointment with them). After 4 hours I demaned a loaner, which was supposed to be provided anyway. Next day I called, they had backed my car off the edge of the lift, bursting the tire and gouging the rim. Took 4 days to fix. Picked car up. After driving 10 minutes, still not cooling. Service said I needed to lower windows to get hot air out before it would cool. Service manager told them to check it again. Next day car was finally ready. 7 days to fix! Last time was possible alternator failing. 2 other service providers had checked system and reached same conclusion. Took it to Werner Hyundai with no appt. asked for shuttle ride, told it would be 1/2 hour... 3 hours later it came. They kept my car 3 days, found no problem. I loved that car but will not accept that kind of service. Traded the car for a new E450. Werner Hyundai offered to buy it for $16,000.00. Mercedes dealer gave me $22,000.00 in trade-in. More
