I will never recommend this place to my worst enemy. First of all, I went in on a Saturday to have my tire looked at because my tire light was on. I was told I needed to replace it so I bought two. Arrived at 12pm and my car was not pulled around until 4:30!!! Had I’d known this i would’ve left but I guess that’s why I wasn’t told. Not only that they damaged my hub cap and never even told me. I had to find out later. When I contacted the service advisor he informed me he would let the service manager aware and would get back with me. Well I’ve been calling, emailing and texting and still nothing and it’s been a month now. This could’ve easily been resolved, but since it hasn’t I want to be compensated to the full expense of damage. Service advisor Michael and service manager Marcus will not hear the last of me. I’m VERY upset. They don’t deserve even deserve one star!!! More
