Wore mask and gloves in my car. They gave me full synthetic oil when I asked, no cost, even though I offered to pay difference that cheapskate Genesis will not reimburse for, everyone great, I wish this dealer was in Wash DC, highly recommend them!!! Had a mistake with an appt being cancelled. While I was notified via email to the cancellation, I immediately called and got white glove service.
