Today was my first service following the purchase of my vehicle in November. It was a prompt reception as I pulled in. Soon after I was greeted by my advisor who took my information and had me settled and vehicle in November. It was a prompt reception as I pulled in. They were courteous,Kind and attentive. All around great visit. Also my car was spotless when they passed me the key! More
The advisor Kristen was very helpful and didn't forget about you and kept checking on you. The wait time was horrible I waited 5 hours on Thursday March 18,2020 with a 730am appointment. Than notice more problems and had to bring my Hyundai back the next day Friday March 19, 2020 which is inconvenient when it's about a 35 minute drive. I suggest use the free shuttle service which I didn't use first day but was able to use 2nd day. Why wait at dealership when you can go home and wait and have free shuttle bring you back. More

Once again I am getting little help in setting up service with the Genesis Concierge service. This is the third time. new G80 purchased in Jan 2020. They wanted to do an early service at 800 miles and it wen with the Genesis Concierge service. This is the third time. new G80 purchased in Jan 2020. They wanted to do an early service at 800 miles and it went great. A few months later, I spent two weeks with service people not calling back and no one willing to help. They kept pointing to a single person as if she was the only one. Finally talked to Marcus Anchetta and he had them call me. Got an appointment. The day before they were supposed to arrive to pick up the vehicle, I get a call from the driver. Over 24 hours early. Their response was that someone was supposed to call me about the change. No one did. Luckily my wife was home with the car and they got it serviced. I called Werner on 18 Feb and after 4 calls, got put to Anchetta's voicemail. I left name and number and asked to get a call. I called back today, 22 Feb and told the operator not to send me to a bunch of numbers again. She said she would pass the message on. Her excuse that they were very busy in service doesn't mean someone couldn't have returned a simple phone call. So I am waiting again. The car is great. Service from Werner is not. More
