I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Elantra on March 20th with 0 miles or so they say at Werner Hyundai of Tallahassee, FL. I took it for my 1st oil change on March 29, 2021 @ 0955 and it is currently there to this day as of August 14th @ 1304. The whole team of the service department states there was a recall on the transmission. A week later, was told the ECM is gone, can't program it and won't be able to get a part until February of 2022. Frankly the manager admitted of the service department ADMITTED EVERYTHING IS THEIR FAULT! This has triggered my anxiety and extremely disappointing! I was sold a lemon to say the least! Oh ladies, if you shake Mike Green's (Service Manager) hand, do not allow him to slide his finger on the inside of your hand...speak up about it! After several emails and calls the general manager has clearly shown his character as well! THE IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. More

Customer service was horrible. I dropped my car off over night to have my car serviced the next morning. You would think that some one would call you in the morning to let you know that they had your car. I night to have my car serviced the next morning. I had to go to the dealership right before closing and my car still wasn’t ready. I saw a friend of mine while waiting for my car she told me the dealership had her car for 3 months.
