Needed to have my remote recoded but they couldn’t as they no longer have the old laptop which could have done it and don’t anticipate getting another one. I had my 2013 Hyundai Sonata towed in for service on 6-03-2021. Since then, NO communication from this horrible place. I launched a complaint with the BBB so consumers can be aware. Made an appointment for Friday at 3:30p.m.,when I arrived, The service advisor said they didn’t have me down for an appointment. I told him I made the appointment through the service manager. He went and checked and they serviced the vehicle, just a simple oil change and other routine checks. After the service, and leaving the dealership, I noticed the vehicle wasn’t reset to notify me when due for the next service and the front window sticker for the next service was at a year later. So I drove back to the dealership and asked them to correct service sticker and do the reset. After leaving the dealership again I drove one mile to the Taco Bell to eat and when I parked I noticed the rear window wiper blade plastic cover for the blade attachment was missing. It was there before I had service and figured the car was machine broke it off. I contacted the parts department at the dealership and told them what happened and they ordered the part and will notify me when it comes in. More
