Your response is as hollow and empty as the service I recieved from the receptionist to the service dept., right over to sales and even onto parts and up into management. I can only hope I'm your last customer.

Disappointed responded

Werner professed to find this unacceptable and asked for my contact information. I provided it. Guess what? No response, just like almost every time I tried to get anything from their service department. I'm not surprised. I do finally have my car back after a little over 3 1/2 months (with no apology or offer to do anything to compensate for my loss of use).
