Our Tucson has been there for a month, awaiting warranty repairs. First week waiting on parts. I understand that. Then they say parts in, should be ready tomorrow. So far we’ve had almost three weeks of pro repairs. First week waiting on parts. I understand that. Then they say parts in, should be ready tomorrow. So far we’ve had almost three weeks of promises of tomorrows. And that’s when we can get someone to answer the phone or emails. More than four times I get a voicemail asking me to leave a callback number so someone can call me. That someone has never called me back. i discovered that to get through to service you call sales, someone always answered the phone if they think you might be going to buy something. Then get that person to transfer me to service. Frustration is an understatement. More
Sales experience was great. But the service department sucks. Brought my 2021 kona in for oil change, also set up door ding and rim repair that I bought at time of purchase. Almost four months later? Got an appointment with rim repair for 21st, but no word on ding repair. Several email to service manager, asked for meetings with general manager three times and got someone else. Last person I spoke with said he was a marine give him three days to fix the problem and he will call me back. It's now five days with no call and three more emails to service manager with no reply back about appointment for ding repair. Don't recommend this dealership for sales or service. More
The worst! My car has been in the shop for 3 1/2 months. They almost never return calls, except if they think they can sell you something. Even when we got Genesis Customer Assistance involved, Genesis has They almost never return calls, except if they think they can sell you something. Even when we got Genesis Customer Assistance involved, Genesis has difficulty getting a response or getting the car fixed in 2 1/2 months they have been involved. I would warn that everyone should stay away from them. I have never had such a bad experience with any business. More

Waiting two hours isn’t even the problem I had with the service department today. My main problem was after waiting two hours, the service guy who supposedly to speak with me after my car is done never cam service department today. My main problem was after waiting two hours, the service guy who supposedly to speak with me after my car is done never came to speak not once however, I do thank the guy who was nice enough to a least give my husband the paper work so I could get checked out. Before my appointment today, I received a call Saturday 01-08 about getting an appraisal on my car while I was waiting on my car getting a service and I agreed. For the two hours my husband and I said there, no one came to me to get started on getting the appraisal. It is their responsibility to make sure their customers are being well served. You all want my business and that is the reason why I didn’t even bothered going to the sells men about it. It’s so crazy how I have been having bad experiences coming here. On top of all that; I got home just to realize they didn’t even change the “NEXT SERVICE DUE DATE” stickers in my car. So, how am I supposed to know when my next service due date suppose to be??? I am highly disappointed because I was actually looking forward into getting a bigger car. More
