I got a nail in my tire and went there to get it fixed. Mind you it was a brand-new 2022 Palisade. They told me that the nail that was right in the middle of the tire had damaged to the rear wall and so ha Mind you it was a brand-new 2022 Palisade. They told me that the nail that was right in the middle of the tire had damaged to the rear wall and so had to be replaced. It took them three hours to tell me this. But…the didn’t have the tire in stock. They told me they would call me when it came in the next day. They never called, so I called to ask about it. Evidently had come in during the day. They told me they would have to send me over to the service center to schedule an appointment. When I got on the phone at the service center they told me they could not replace it until 15 days later. I told him that this was an issue because I was driving on a spare tire. She told me my only luck was to just show up and wait. To me…that’s horrible customer service. With no follow through. I will not be going back there for ANY of my tires needs. More

I was having a little trouble with my Tuscan and between Joshua and Chris I was able to get my car looked at quickl assisting me with my 2022 Tucson! Consistently poor communication from arrival onward. Upon asking multiple times for information about what service was performed on my vehicle, I'm still left in the dark on it. Service took an unreasonable amount of time for an appointment. Management was courteous regarding the delay, but I had to go out of my way to get any updates on my service. Call-takers were all professional and polite, but there's some disconnect between telling them something and hearing back, resulting in a poor experience. Technicians also left something in my vehicle. More
Michael Montenero has always been first quality for a salesman-attentive, professional, friendly, positive, and helpful to create a wonderful experience. However, the maintenance department leaves us so salesman-attentive, professional, friendly, positive, and helpful to create a wonderful experience. However, the maintenance department leaves us sorely disappointed. We went in with an electrical problem in our 2021 Elantra. Becky was super patient with our continued inquiries on progress of repair. After 3 (yes THREE) weeks, we were told our car was "in the pit, down the hill"; didn't have anyone who could fix the problem. We were then faced with the option to purchase a new car! - Tricky sales approach! (Again, Michael Montenero and others in the sales department were great!) We now own a 2022 Elantra (loved the car!) and pray this will be the last car I own. Time will tell........... More
Took my Tucson in to have serviced. Sat there for 3 hours and got up to check on my vehicle and it was sitting in the front lot. No one came to let me know that it was completed , just Sat there for 3 hours and got up to check on my vehicle and it was sitting in the front lot. No one came to let me know that it was completed , just let me sit there like I had nothing else to do. Won’t be using this dealership again and it’s where I purchased the vehicle and had been using them since my purchase. They are slipping in their customer service. Wouldn’t recommend them . More
