Consistently poor communication from arrival onward. Upon asking multiple times for information about what service was performed on my vehicle, I'm still left in the dark on it. Service took an unreasonable amount of time for an appointment. Management was courteous regarding the delay, but I had to go out of my way to get any updates on my service. Call-takers were all professional and polite, but there's some disconnect between telling them something and hearing back, resulting in a poor experience. Technicians also left something in my vehicle. More
Michael Montenero has always been first quality for a salesman-attentive, professional, friendly, positive, and helpful to create a wonderful experience. However, the maintenance department leaves us sorely disappointed. We went in with an electrical problem in our 2021 Elantra. Becky was super patient with our continued inquiries on progress of repair. After 3 (yes THREE) weeks, we were told our car was "in the pit, down the hill"; didn't have anyone who could fix the problem. We were then faced with the option to purchase a new car! - Tricky sales approach! (Again, Michael Montenero and others in the sales department were great!) We now own a 2022 Elantra (loved the car!) and pray this will be the last car I own. Time will tell........... More
Took my Tucson in to have serviced. Sat there for 3 hours and got up to check on my vehicle and it was sitting in the front lot. No one came to let me know that it was completed , just Sat there for 3 hours and got up to check on my vehicle and it was sitting in the front lot. No one came to let me know that it was completed , just let me sit there like I had nothing else to do. Won’t be using this dealership again and it’s where I purchased the vehicle and had been using them since my purchase. They are slipping in their customer service. Wouldn’t recommend them . More

Lack of communication, had my car towed without the knowledge that appointments came before emergency tow in first, so I went make a appointment....3 weeks out, before anyone would even look at it. I called several times, it took 2 days before I could even get an someone assigned to my car. Days later after I had to call to check on my car. I was told there was a $169 diagnostic fee, I said that wasn't a problem I just need it fixed. Told it was a alternator and would have it done in one day. 2 days later no call so I called again it was done, girl said that there was a 4% fee for using a card. It's sad that the dealership is more concerned with collecting a fee then the customer without a vehicle. You need to start caring about your customers needs and not if someone needs a water or the washed and vacuumed. No sure that I would recommend this dealership again considering lots of my family and friends owns Hyundais More

Appointment at 11am for an oil change. Took 6 hours. They never told me I’d have to pay a diagnostic fee if I had them simply look at my vehicle to tell me what I already knew was wrong. Chris and Phil need to be evaluated on service and productivity. I see the minority groups at this location moving with a sense of urgency and appreciation, but the others, not so much. This dealership needs new management ASAP. More
