Mostly positive experience, but communication should have been better. Service was delayed because a part had to be ordered. I was told it would be a few days but it turned out to be three weeks. When I trie been better. Service was delayed because a part had to be ordered. I was told it would be a few days but it turned out to be three weeks. When I tried to call to find out status, either I could not get through at all or I was told someone would call me back. No one ever called me until the car was actually ready to be picked up, three weeks after I dropped it off. More

We recently had to replace the under shield on my wife's Genesis. Our service adviser, Nicholas Ocampo, ordered the needed parts and scheduled a time for the new parts to be installed.
