Mostly positive experience, but communication should have been better. Service was delayed because a part had to be ordered. I was told it would be a few days but it turned out to be three weeks. When I tried to call to find out status, either I could not get through at all or I was told someone would call me back. No one ever called me until the car was actually ready to be picked up, three weeks after I dropped it off. More

We recently had to replace the under shield on my wife's Genesis. Our service adviser, Nicholas Ocampo, ordered the needed parts and scheduled a time for the new parts to be installed. Phil and Nicholas Ocampo are amazing! Great customer service! They always go over and beyond for me as their customer. Nicholas always pick up calls, even when they are busy he will pick Great customer service! They always go over and beyond for me as their customer. Nicholas always pick up calls, even when they are busy he will pick up to communicate they are busy and will call back. Any question I may have he has an answer or finds me someone who does. He had great communication and people skills. He is very professional and exceeds my expectations. Nicholas and Phil are the only reason why I will continue with Werner Hyundai. My car was not what I expected this experience to turn out to be. They have done everything and some to keep me happy. I appreciate and thank Nicholas Ocampo for always giving me a peace of mind and letting me know he will take care of it. Seems to be his favorite ending statement. He hasn't let me down!! More
