Update- Kyle the director reached out to me and though I was hesitant I did allow him and Werner to make things right. He did complete the recall that was needed on my vehicle via concierge service that was was hesitant I did allow him and Werner to make things right. He did complete the recall that was needed on my vehicle via concierge service that was originally promised. He stayed in contact the whole the process and even offered a cleaning. Kyle wasn't involved in my original issue or reason for my complaint but took care of the problem and I appreciate his effort. Like many I would give this lot a zero if able. They billed Genesis for recall work performed on my car that was never performed. The communication starting from the General Manager Jeff Golden all the way down to the Servicer Advisors are a joke. I cannot fathom how this business is still running. Also the attitudes from the schedulers are awful. They need to clean house if they want a successful business. Clearly by the reviews in the past 2-3 years the current staff isn’t cutting it. More

RUN DON'T WALK! !! Car brought in and remained there for over 2 months. The part was back ordered, (after their so called warranty was denied). $1100 for a starter c !! ZERO communication from service, multiple calls to head office, head of service and corporate. A condescending representative would call us to say "we call too much". WHAT? A loaner car was promised and never delivered. Complete breakdown of service, accountability and overall willing to please any customer. We've purchased 4 vehicles from this location and will never return. Hyandai Vehicles are xxxx. All our vehicles have multiple paint flaws, and a lot of the interior features are inoperable after 2 years. My other daughters wheel rim disintegrated without notice. Nearly causing harm. Werner management should be ashamed of being in business. Oh! We got a $100 gift card. I'm going bring that back to them and tell them where to put it. Actually a 1/2 star is too good. More
