What I admire about Cedric is that unlike MANY salesmen, he did NOT come across "salesy," "pushy" or "stiff." He worked diligently within the scope of the sale and was also very informative with what Werner Hyundai offered AFTER the sale. My advice to Werner would be to find ways to celebrate Werner Hyundai customers with having "Customer Appreciation Parties" where Werner customers can become acquainted with the sales staff, management and service staff which would create open dialogs about their customers purchase. Perhaps there is an elderly person who would feel intimidated about calling regarding a feature they can't quite work, but when they come "under the guise" of the "Customer Appreciation Party" they openly speak with the servicemen about their issue. Also, what VIP advantage is there between customers who purchase from Werner and Hyundai/Genesis owners who've purchased elsewhere? When I'm at the service department, do I get access to complimentary snacks while waiting? Something to think about as a special Thank You and for current Werner customers to include in "Another Reason to Buy from Werner" conversation to other potential buyers/friends. I'm glad to be a part of the Werner family and will be taking diligent "After The Sale" notes. Keep up the great work! More

Don't shop here Trade gone wrong now owe insurance company for a car I didn't get got license suspended and no one there can type a letter saying I didn't get the car Trade gone wrong now owe insurance company for a car I didn't get got license suspended and no one there can type a letter saying I didn't get the car. Negative stars. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Wouldn't get a rat a scarf from this place. Came in Feb 10th for an oil change was talked into.considering a new car as a trade. Was given until close of Monday to make up my mind. The lie detector determined that was a lie. Took the car back at 5:00PM Monday and was talked to rudely by Jason M saying I should get the car and they didn't want to give my car back. Fast forward to April I get notified from my job that I can't drive because my license are suspended. Go to tax collector and it's because I didn't insure the new car that I don't even have. Paid for the reinstatement and then I get a letter from insurance company wanting money for the insurance on a car that I don't have. So I came into the business Saturday June 3rd was told the manager needed a secretary to type a simple letter saying that I didn't get this stupid car. Fast forward to Wednesday June 6 would I have to go into the dealership for the letter. Came in cool and collected. Don't sit behind the water fountain if u go in it's a dead zone. So i got here around 4:45. Lisa in accounting was supposed to type the letter which needed less than 100 words. It's still not been written but she is doing something else. I finally get a figment of a decent letter at 5:30 when I asked Victor about money for the license reimbursment he says come back tomorrow they closes at 5:00. Really so I guess now there are secret aliens typing letters because this one that I had to wait over an hour for and you just gave me just got here at 5:30. Oh yeah I Can't get reimbursed for gas for coming out of my way over 50 miles Saturday and today. Do yourself a favor travel to another establishment this one isn't good poor customer service and everything. They need no stars and they employ people who don't type. Thanks to Kedda I finally got a letter and I don't plan on coming back. Thanks Cedric for finding me people that tried to assist me like LB Good thing is if you never learned to type you CAN work at WERNER. More
