Pulled Credit Without Authorization My wife and I visited this dealer and test drove a few cars. We didn't buy, as we were unable to agree on a price and the dealer didn't have the exact My wife and I visited this dealer and test drove a few cars. We didn't buy, as we were unable to agree on a price and the dealer didn't have the exact car my wife wanted. At the outset of the process, we instructed the dealer not to pull credit until we had agreed on a price. However, upon reviewing my credit report the next month, there was a credit inquiry from Werner Hyundai! The dealership denied this happened, but Experian doesn't just make that type of thing up. My recommendation: don't shop at this dealer. The last thing you need when you're test-driving cars is an unauthorized credit pull. More
