Never Give Up I lost all hope in finding a car. I went to various dealers who all offered me ridiculous offers. I was on the verge of calling it quits and just ridi I lost all hope in finding a car. I was on the verge of calling it quits and just riding the public bus everywhere (I was having car problems) but something told me to go to Werner Hyundai. At that point in time I didn't know that my situation would be changed for the better. I was communicating with Mr. Cedric before I got to the dealership so it felt good to finally place a face with a name. Looking at my situation Mr. Cedric told me that he can work with me and make something happen but I just had to give him time. And that I did. I gave him time while he endlessly put in work and updated me daily sometimes even three times in a day! I was so moved by his actions that everyday I became more confident in his abilities. Shakira checked in on me as well and provided exceptional service. When it was time for me to seal the deal Mr. Libasse Diop talked me through all of the paper work. What really stuck with me was when Mr. Diop offered me sound advice on finances, credit scores and how important it was. He presented the information in a way that really changed my perspective and set off a light bulb. Hard to believe but no one had ever taken the time out to do that for me before. It tugged at my heart strings. Thank you guys! More

They are misrepresenting the number of miles on the car in the contract. On my contract, it states the car has only 36 miles on it, when it actually has over 600 miles on it. This affects your warranty, because the warranty is supposed to exclude the miles already on the car at the time of purchase. More
