We agreed on a price and set a time for me to come in after work to sign the papers. I've waited on hold for over 20mins to speak with anyone with information on my car. Customer service is non-existent. And if I do get thru, I'm told I'll get a return call that never happens. So I'll write this review with a robo-reply that they'll talk with their team? (code for xxxx off) If Werner really cared about it's 5star reviews they'd at least act like it. I believe most customers just want a little common decency and respect. Not to be shuffled around, lied to and ignored. Oh, and by the way Jack does not get answers as he states he does. Phil needs to at least leave a text or return his voicemails. Maybe the owners should be a little more pro-active when dealing with delayed repairs and service....just a thought.
