Very nice dealership and in a great location. I am giving 3 stars instead of 4 due the salespeople experience. Management staff (Michael Ward) was excellent and stepped in to correct our car purchasing exper 3 stars instead of 4 due the salespeople experience. Management staff (Michael Ward) was excellent and stepped in to correct our car purchasing experience which was quickly snowballing due to the constant mishaps and oversights by our salesperson. As a buyer, I was VERY disappointed with the poor customer service experience by our salesperson. On multiple occasions, I had to constantly reach out to our salesperson to capture updates/status about the vehicle. Instead of the salesperson reaching out to us. With a week notice of our arrival date and time, the car was NOT cleaned and detailed from the interception of the vehicle ftom the previous owner....as promised during our test drive. After our test drive of the vehicle and down payment of the vehicle, the car was driven- mileage increased by 152 miles from the initial mileage listed on the sales price sheet; food items were left in the vehicle; and the front headlight lid was missing(which was on the car when we test drove it a week half from our pick up date). To minimize the MAJOR frustration, we walked away and have scheduled to get the vehicle detailed and cleaned and ordered the headlight lid. At the end of the day, we wished that the sale of our car purchase could have gone to someone else. Of all our car buying experience, this was the worst experience by far.. Nevertheless, I do appreciate the sales manager, Michael Ward for stepping in and taking us over the finish line. He made the pick up of the vehicle a better experience, than what our frustration wanted to reflect. Michael conversed with us and kept us laughing to smooth out the frustration.- thanks Mike! We would recommend Werner Hyundai, but definitely not the salesperson. More
