Call-takers were all professional and polite, but there's some disconnect between telling them something and hearing back, resulting in a poor experience. For Mr. Mompoint he receives Five Stars from me and how he managed the transaction and coordinated the transportation services of the vehicle for me. A very satisfying experience for purchasing a vehicle over the phone for an old guy that has always gone into a dealership to touch, look and test drive a vehicle and this was all done from Nevada.
