When I first bought my car 5 years ago, I had a very different experience than I did with this visit. It led to getting the acting President of Hyundai involved because it was so egregious. I needed service for my GV80 and made an appointment with Werner. I was greeted and my vehicle placed in que immediately upon my arrival.
