Best, smoothest, quietest car I've EVER driven... and I'm OLD! *laughing* I've been a 'Toyota' man most of my life... but Toyota just took a 'back-seat' to Hyundai. Don't get me wrong... my Toyotas were great cars, but this Hyundai Sonata has them beat... hands down! I did a good amount of research before finalizing my decision to buy. I checked out Consumer Reports and U.S. News and World Report for new vehicles; Hyundai was rated #1... light-years ahead of Toyota, Honda, etc. in every category imaginable... "Reliability", "Safety", "Mileage", etc. And I haven't even mentioned the purchasing experience. You HAVE to meet Kyle Roddenberry at Capital City Hyundai! No-nonsense, no sales pressure, no 'in your face'...but thorough. And with me, he had the patience of Gandhi; he was low-keyed, yet very informative! He had answers for my zillions of questions, and even answered some of my questions before I had even thought of them. Sharp, accommodating, and on-the-ball! What a pleasure to work with!!! Repeat customer! Excellent, friendly service! I bought a car in May 2015 from Ethan at City Hyundai! I had a tough financing situation and poor credit with little hope of securing a vehicle. Ethan I bought a car in May 2015 from Ethan at City Hyundai! I had a tough financing situation and poor credit with little hope of securing a vehicle. Ethan tried relentlessly to get me financed and spent hours on the phone negotiating my rate after I was approved. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and knows their customers by name. The most important thing was that Ethan never made me feel uncomfortable about my credit score or showed his frustration (which he must have had). I had such a great experience at City Hyundai that I bought another vehicle from them last week and referred my brother and law who drove all the way from Boston to buy a car from them. If you are hesitant to walk into a dealership because you're not sure if you'll get financed or you're embarrassed about your score, don't worry because they will get you financed all while making you feel human. When I'm ready to trade my car in I will be back to city Hyundai to purchase another vehicle from Ethan. More
