Respectful & Professional The experience I had returning to Werner Hyundai after my four year lease with them (previously Capital Hyundai) ended has been amazing. Mike, Kyle, The experience I had returning to Werner Hyundai after my four year lease with them (previously Capital Hyundai) ended has been amazing. Mike, Kyle, and Brandon were completely professional and helpful. I had previously leased with Hyundai four years ago, in Tallahassee, but have since moved to Houston Texas. When that lease was coming to an end I went into a Hyundai dealership here in Houston (because of course I wanted to continue to lease with Hyundai - I love it!). Unfortunately, my experience at Hub Hyundai Katy *17007 Katy Fwy Houston 77094, was horrible. The two men I dealt with (three if you include the finance guy that never even came out of his office or invited me in to it) were insulting to say the least. If you want an example of how NOT to treat women coming into a dealership this is the place. I was told they would not lease to me because of my credit score (yet werner was able to work with me and I now have a three year lease with them), I was told I could put $2,500 down on a purchase and my monthly payments would be between $880 - $900... it's a hyundai tucson not an apartment. There was belittling, flirting sales tactics, and just an overall attitude that they did not take me seriously and obviously thought I was naive enough to just take the only offer they were giving me. Luckily, I left there and took a chance that my Hyundai dealership in Tallahassee would be willing to work with me from Houston. And they did, and it was amazing - Kyle and Mike listened to what I had to say, what I needed, what I wanted, and did it with respect and grace. I'm so incredibly grateful and very very happy to still be with Hyundai for another lease term. For as long as I can, I will always work with Werner Hyundai. They impressed me four years ago and they've impressed me again. More
