I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Wellsautogroup, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. The negotiation phase was surprisingly stress-free. Leo was transparent about pricing, Wellsautogroup, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. The negotiation phase was surprisingly stress-free. Leo was transparent about pricing, and there were no hidden fees or unexpected surprises. What stood out the most was the technology integration. The dealership had a user-friendly online platform that allowed me to explore inventory, schedule a test drive, and even start the financing process from the comfort of my home. This seamless digital experience saved a significant amount of time. On the day of delivery, the car was impeccably prepared, and the staff took the time to walk me through the features and ensure I was comfortable with everything. The post-purchase follow-up demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, my car buying experience was exceptional, thanks to the professionalism, transparency, and efficiency of the dealership. I would highly recommend Wellsautogroup to anyone in search of a new Luxury vehicle. More

I gave Wells the opportunity to fix this for a week and a half now, been lied to several times and obviously no one cares to call back. Sales will lie to your face to sell the car, service will lie over the half now, been lied to several times and obviously no one cares to call back. Sales will lie to your face to sell the car, service will lie over the phone about fixing the car, and generally whoever you can get to answer the phone will lie about getting messages forwarded, call you back, or the general manager/owner does not care to deal with customers after the sale is over. Detailed information below. Bought a car on 24 June, I was concerned about the cars modifications, and asked about getting a warranty. Sales and Finance both told me I couldn't get a warranty because of the modifications. The saleswoman I was working with named My told me in person "we inspected the car, its a good car, if something happens we won't leave you high and dry" with the sales manager (I don't know his name, smart looking Asian man) standing right there, and smiled but didn't say anything. I felt good about the deal so I agreed on the sale of the car. Not even 48 hours later (26 June), when all I have done is drive the car home out of state, the car lost 3rd and 4th gear in the transmission while accelerating onto the interstate. I limped the car home, called the saleswoman My, told her what was wrong, asked her what she meant by "we won't leave you high and dry if something happens"...she assured me that the service department would get back to me that day. No call back. 27 June, I called service directly, no answer and can't leave a voicemail. I also texted My and she did not reply either. 29 June Mayola (I think) from service finally answered the phone, took my message and again assured me that I would receive a callback. No call back. 30 June, called Sales since they're the only ones that answer, asked to speak with a sales manager. Talked with Shanice and told her the situation and how I was getting upset that no one can even call me back. She told me that a message was left with the service manager and the owner this time to call me back today. No call back. 1 July, finally got someone from service to answer, Jordan the service manager, I briefly told him my situation, he knew who I was and said that they would get the car looked over by a local shop, I informed him that I was out of state, and he said that he would get back with the general manager and get back to me today on how to fix this. No call back. 3 July, called service, not sure who answered. Asked for Jordan, apparently he's been fired. I laughed since every time I called service between 10:30-2:30 I was told the manager was out to lunch, if anyone answered. Whoever answered the phone said she had heard of my issue and again I was told that they left a message for the owner and that I would get a call. No call back. 5 July, I dialed for the operator, some woman answered, I asked for a general manager, she said Mike was in and forwarded me to his phone. Rang, sent to voicemail, mailbox is full can't leave a message. Called again, asked if Mike was actually in so I could talk to him, she said "hold on let me see" then transferred me, rang, sent to voicemail and can't leave a message. Called a third time, someone immediately picked up the phone and transferred me to a number that just rings indefinitely without even answering. Sounds like they are screening my calls now. This is the worst I've ever been treated with a car buying experience. I've had multiple people lie to my face, over the phone, and just straight up not care. They will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale happen, then leave you high and dry. I will be showing up in person to attempt to talk to someone and actually handle this like reasonable adults, and will update my review based on what happens. I would stay far away from this dealer, there are much better ones out there. More

I am only giving 3 stars as the salesman wasn't outwardly bad and were fairly responsive, but are definitely trying to prey on the less experienced. This dealership doesn't work with you on outside financ bad and were fairly responsive, but are definitely trying to prey on the less experienced. This dealership doesn't work with you on outside financing. Instead, it's in house financing only (most dealers get a cut with in house financing), and they don't budge on it unless for some miraculous reason, you're not approved with them but are with an outside institution. The reason stated was they wait up to 7 days to get paid by a bank, which is low risk if you come in with a credible bank and most dealerships do as well. It rubbed me the wrong way. Get you in the door with a low advertised price, add on $1,500 dollars with a package like (prep and protection), and then make you use their financing which they get a cut of. Your advertised price should include your overhead on prepping a car. Instead, they try to look like an excellent value with their advertised price even showing "good deal on CarGurus!" only to try to then add on more to their advertised price with some BS package. I just want to give them money on what they advertise up front (I expect to pay taxes and doc fees at about $400 max), and get the car I want. That should be enough. I would have potentially purchased using their financing if they didn't sneak in the $1,500 outside of their advertised price. You have to click through their price breakdown, and that's where it shows up. Make sure to look at that prior to applying for financing. Anyway, I am taking a firm stance on not giving into these tactics with dealers. It's shady and another dealer will always work with you and there will always be another car. I have already found another that worked with me with breakdown and is fully transparent without including random fees/"packages" and willing to work with my lender. More
This is a typical bait and switch company. I found a truck, put in the application, they ran my credit, I got approved and made arrangements to go get the truck. The sales rep called and text I found a truck, put in the application, they ran my credit, I got approved and made arrangements to go get the truck. The sales rep called and text me at 1230 in the afternoon asking when I would be there, I told him that both my wife and I were working but we were going to take off early to be there before they closed. Once we arrived we were notified that the truck that we were looking for went to auction but they had 2 more of “the same truck I was looking for but a few thousand more”. Neither of the trucks were what I was looking for. Now my credit took the hit and I am still without the truck. More
