They made buying a car during the pandemic surprisingly easy; they brought the car to us for the test drive, and brought it ba friendly, and helpful. Worst experience ever! $3600 to have them damage our car. I took our Highlander (which we bought from this dealer) in for an oil change and inspection sticker. Received a call saying the car needed $3300 in I took our Highlander (which we bought from this dealer) in for an oil change and inspection sticker. Received a call saying the car needed $3300 in assorted repairs. Foolishly, I trusted them and approved having them do the repairs. Then the really aggravating problems started. When I went to pick up the vehicle the door lock and latch on the door they worked on was broken and non-functional. To be clear, there was never anything wrong with this lock or latch prior to bringing the car to the dealer. Since the door now wouldn't stay closed while driving (dangerous) we agreed to have them do the repairs. Then they tried to charge us $500 to fix the door that broke while they had the car!! Finally, they agreed to comp the labor, but charged $280 for the Toyota part that could be bought elsewhere for a fraction of the price - and acted as if they were doing us a favor. More

Worst customer service ever. Recently my newly purchased RAV4 I was hit by another car. The insurance company came wrote me a check for the claim and gave me all the informati Recently my newly purchased RAV4 I was hit by another car. The insurance company came wrote me a check for the claim and gave me all the information. I contacted my Toyota dealership, even though they were not on the approved list as I assumed it would be best to go to a Toyota dealer especially one where he just purchased my car. Speaking on the phone with a representative of the dealership I was told to deposit the check, and bring my car in to have it repaired. When I brought my car in to be repaired the representative that I then met had no idea why I was bringing the car to that location as I should have made an appointment so that the car could be brought to a different location where the repairs would be done. The representative was extremely ambivalent when he talked to us, to the point where we had to talk to his manager. The manager also was extremely unhelpful. They had no reason as to why I had taken off a day of work, nor why I had my wife take a day off of work, to drop off the car when in point of fact I really couldn't drop off the car there. The manager eventually backtrack and said I could certainly drop the car off there but that it would probably take two or three weeks because the repair shop was so busy. Needless to say I did not appreciate being treated poorly, and misled as to the process of having the car repaired. Having just spent $25,000 cash to purchase the vehicle, I expected a higher level of customer service. At the very least I would have appreciated not feeling like I was an annoyance or doing something wrong when all I did was follow what I was told. Diligent, no Customer Service We had a hard to diagnose problem with "cell phone echo." Although the problem took 3 visits, and no tech bulletin to address, the dealer has been per We had a hard to diagnose problem with "cell phone echo." Although the problem took 3 visits, and no tech bulletin to address, the dealer has been persistent to repair, including replacement no cost to us, of an expensive "head" unit. The echo now appears to have gone away and a possible root cause (entune configuration) has been identified which may lead to less time consuming diagnostics and less expensive repair procedures for other customers. More
