Texting is normally not a fast process with a dealership, but Chelsie was always instantaneous to respond, provided amazing customer service, and was eager to get me what I needed. She was a major factor in passing at least 3 other Toyota dealerships to get to them. Marcus: Once on the lot, Marcus was fantastic. We were unsure of what we wanted for color and interior, and he was patient through the entire process. Once we picked out the car that we wanted, he was sure to inform us of the process and waited (after hours) until the paperwork was complete. Business Manager (sorry don't remember his name): He was quick, but was sure to explain what we did and didn't need. Usually when in a finance office, they try to up-sell you everything.
