Alens was patient, answered all our questions, was assiduous on all the details of transferring old to the new vehicle and readying the new Prius to go. When he discovered I had inadvertently left my house key on my old key ring, he called to offer to drive to meet us with it. It didn't turn out to be necessary, but definitely above and beyond service! Also received a follow-up phone call to make sure we got home safe and that I was happy with the car. Great experience!
