My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Wellesley Toyota. We placed a deposit for a RAV4 Prime with all the bells and whistles back in June 2020. Unfortunately it took a long time to arrive, but once it did the process couldn't have been smoother. My wife and I had horrible car-buying experiences with our last vehicles. It was an overwhelmingly different experience this time. John Imparato was fabulous. He was flexible to our schedule, was never pushy at any stage of the process, and made it clear throughout that our satisfaction was his first priority. He worked throughout the process to have things ready for us, to clearly explain the features of the car, and to make sure we were happy driving off the lot. We also worked with Matthew Houlihan in financing, and he was also a great pleasure to work with in laying out warranties and add-on packages. He worked to get us a good financing rate.
