I 'pre-ordered' my new GR86 from Wellesley Toyota back in August of last year. I initially worked with Martin H - who was very receptive to my request and helped me navigate Toyota's system. I was very appreciative that he took the time to actually acknowledge me - and worked on getting me what I wanted, unlike other dealerships I spoke with. Eventually when the allocations opened up, I was transferred to Pedro D - he was truly wonderful and assisted me on all of my requests/questions. He truly went above and beyond with prompt, detailed communication (including the rest of the staff at WT) and making sure I was satisfied with my most likely odd requests. :) I can't thank the team enough from Sales to Service to Finance with my experience and will be returning in the future for sure!
