I just purchased a 2023 Toyota Prius XLE AWD and could not be more pleased with Wellesley Toyota. Andrew Lee, my Sales Advisor, was on top of keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle as I awaited not be more pleased with Wellesley Toyota. On the day of my purchase, Andrew's knowledge and attention to detail were truly exceptional and greatly appreciated. bad sales staff. I asked to see a 4runner. they showed 1 used 4runner but couldn't test drive it. sales rep implied a highlander is a 4runner with a third row - re I asked to see a 4runner. they showed 1 used 4runner but couldn't test drive it. sales rep implied a highlander is a 4runner with a third row - really?? he didn't discuss the lexus gx, and didn't have a sequoia on the lot. not a knowledgeable staff or dealer with new inventory - avoid for sales on new vehicles - they seem oriented to selling used cars. not knowledgeable on toyota cars - how do you work at toyota selling cars and not know about the GX?? More
