I never felt pressured, he filled me in on all my options and helped keep me calmer during our wait for my new car and all the processes that had to be taken care of. When I went to pick up my car, he walked me through much of the new fangled apps and applications that my former 12 year old car never had! And has graciously reminded me that I can contact him or anyone at their office with questions! What a great way to start a new car relationship! More

Absolutely horrible experience. To begin with, they lied about car condition. Just after delivery I found horrible scratches on the inside. And that was brand new vehicle with 6 mil To begin with, they lied about car condition. Just after delivery I found horrible scratches on the inside. And that was brand new vehicle with 6 miles on it. When contacted, I was told oh well, papers signed, nothing we can do. You own it now. I have prepaid service contract. When time and milage came, I asked if transmission service was included. I was told no and that it is not required until 90k. That came from service manager, I think his name is Sean. And then, few months later I asked about it again and was told by the same person that transmission service is required at 60k(!!!). I got upset and when mentioned that Sean himself told me it was 90k, Sean turns around and says - I would never say that. They lie to you looking you in the eyes. After that there was an argument about replacing fluids. Toyota said they cover it in their contract. Dealership said they do not. And there were few more incidents. I had to take business else where in order to get honest service. At Wellesley Toyota they do not like customers asking questions and check on what they are told by service department. And if you do ask, you automatically become an enemy and you are told by manager that you may want to consider taking your business to another dealership. First time in years I ran into such a dishonest dealership. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND NERVES. More

He patiently explained my options and provided a relaxing narrative throughout the car buying experience. There was no hard sell or deviousness like I found on-line and at other dealerships. Even the gentleman in the back (where the financing and extended warranties get done) was low-key and did not pressure me. Buying a new car can be stressful and intimidating. Go see Andrew at Wellesley Toyota and let him de-mystify the situation for you. I'm so glad I did! I love my new ride, a 2023 Toyota Corolla LE. I'll be back to buy another one in 25 years. Lol!
