Like everyone in these times, I spent a lot of time researching vehicles and dealerships - hunting for the car I wanted and the best deal I could find. Right away during my first meeting with John for a couple of test drives, there was a clear difference. He listened to my questions and what I was looking for. Always willing to answer anything I asked and work with my schedule. The entire process at Wellesley Toyota was so professional and such a contrast from the regular dealership experience. I had a wonderful experience with Marcus. He led me down the buying process and made it easy for me to say yes. I was even surprised myself that I bought a car from start to finish including He led me down the buying process and made it easy for me to say yes. I was even surprised myself that I bought a car from start to finish including test drive and financing in about 2 and a half hours. ( I only came to look at the new designed Prius!) Marcus is great with after the sale too! He picked up the phone every time I called and always offered to assist me further if needed. He gave great explanation of the features of the new Prius and made it simple for this technologically challenged customer Well done Marcus! I would recommend you ask for Marcus Mason!
