DON'T CALL HERE OR DON'T GO HERE. We were looking for a new 2024 Toyota LE. We got connected to a person named Alens to help assist us in buying the car. We unfortunately had a fami We were looking for a new 2024 Toyota LE. We got connected to a person named Alens to help assist us in buying the car. We unfortunately had a family emergency so I called him but didn't hear from him after leaving a message. We also tried calling another employee at Wellesley Toyota and also did not receive a call back. A few days later he emailed me that they will sell the car to someone else and at the same time he charged my American Express $500 for a deposit, despite us now being in a situation where we did not want to buy the car. And when I called him he started misbehaving, claiming it was our fault and that we were leading him on and playing games, despite him not even attempting to call us back when we presented our issue. I had to go through my credit card company and dispute the charge as fraudulent and cancel my card. A huge hassle and we did not even buy a car from them, nor will we in the future if this is how their sales department acts. A big NO to Wellesley Toyota and be careful sharing your credit card info with Alens. Absolutely awful. More

After visiting many dealerships and having a hard time find what I wanted, I contacted Wellesley Toyota and John was able to get the exact car I was looking for in a matter of days.
