We have had excellent experiences with the Sales, Service and Management teams at Toyota of Wellesley in buying and servicing our pre-owned Sienna. Firstly, working with Sally on the sale was easy and pressure-free. In closing the deal with the manager, Nai, he gave us a price for our trade which was far fairer than other area Toyota dealers had offered. The service team took care of an issue with the door that we noticed before the deal was made and when I went to pick up the van Nai had his service team fix a scratch in the rear window that we missed the first time through. I drove away with our "new" van feeling as though we had been treated fairly, honestly and well. However, the best part or our experience with this dealer came a few months later when the power door (not the one previously adjusted) became stuck open. I contacted Nai and after he apologized for the inconvenience he assured me his team would work on it as their top priority. I was very nervous about the potential cost as we were bumping up against the 90 day warranty and I was not even certain if this was covered. To my immense release, and to the credit of Toyota of Wellesley, they replaced the motor in the door at no cost and with no discussion required. If you are shopping for a Toyota and want to work with a dealership that stands by its products and its customers, I highly recommend you visit with Nai and his team at Toyota of Wellesley. More

By the time we began our shopping, we were very well informed about options, inventory, and prices. We did an extensive internet search and visited four dealerships. From the moment we walked in the door at Wellesley Toyota, we were treated with courtesy and respect. Our salesman, Alens Constant, could not have been more accommodating or informative. He listened to us and understood our needs. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. It seemed that his main priority was to find the right van for us. We were not subjected to high-pressure sales tactics. Alens was completely understanding we went to other dealerships to compare prices. At the end of the week, we returned to Wellesley Toyota and felt very confident that we got the right van for our family at a very good price. Their professionalism, and desire to treat customers with respect, and to build a long term relationships was refreshing. Eight years ago my husband and I bought a used minivan from another non-toyota dealership. Within three years of purchasing the vehicle we had put over three thousand dollars into it...........it had the from another non-toyota dealership. The service was poor, and we always left there frustrated. The day we bought our toyota sienna, was stress free. employees were gentle, and patient. they were truly concerned with putting us in a car that we could afford, and that would accommodate our family of five. shaun our salesman, never was forceful, and there was no haggeling. We had questioned a minor issue with the van shortly after puirchasing it. They told us to come in any time, we did. The van was diagnosed addressed, all while our one year old played in the waiting area. we are completley happy with our experience. More

I contacted twenty-two dealers before I settled on Toyota of Wellesley. I spoke with Craig Kates, a sales manager, on my initial call and he stayed my contact person throughout the process. Craig was very up front and honest with me from the start. I told him what vehicle I wanted, a 2009 Toyota Matrix XRS, and he called me back with his price. I soon discovered getting the XRS in the color I wanted was going to be difficult. When I called Craig and told him I wanted to see what I could get with a Matrix in the S trim, he did not bat an eye. He had the price for me before we hung up the phone. Craig told me to think about it when I started wondering what vehicle to get. When I finally decided on the XRS, but now in a different color than the previous three I had given him, Craig went looking for it. When I drove out to pick the vehicle up, Frank went over the vehicle with me. He also went on the test ride to make sure I did not get lost; I had driven two hours to purchase this vehicle from Toyota of Wellesley. We got back to the dealership, completed the paperwork with no surprises, and I have the car I really wanted. I had a lower price from another dealer, who was closer to me, but I was concerned about what tricks may be in store for me if I went with that dealer. I never felt that way working with Craig or Frank, and would highly recommend Toyota of Wellesley to family and friends. More
