I bought a 2005 Toyota Corolla from Aurelio Pabon. Unfortuntely, Aurelio made certain misrepresentations about the sales price that we ended up having to pay later. The dealership was unwilling to do anything about this misrepresentation later, and showing little interest that one of their employees misrepresented themselves to a customer. You can purchase a Toyota at a lot of dealerships, so I would highly recommend going elsewhere. More

I purchased a RAV 4 with DVD Nav and heated seats. I picked up the car at 8:30 PM and drove home without headlights! Also, the car was sent to Saugus for heated seats, brought back to the dealer, and de picked up the car at 8:30 PM and drove home without headlights! Also, the car was sent to Saugus for heated seats, brought back to the dealer, and delivered to me. Guess what...the heating mechanism was never installed. This description is abbreviated--believe it or not there's more. In 2 weeks, I was at the dealership 7 times for issues that should have been addressed during the dealer prep. Good price; thoughtless management. More

This is our first new car. After calling three dealers, Toyota Wellesley quoated us a price that the other dealer deemed impossible. When we got there, the sales man was friendly, gave us exactly what we wanted, and did not push for any thing extra. (No one wants a pushy sales man.) The car was ready for pick up in three days, and the sales man even drove to a nearby bus stop to pick us up. After we got the car, we called him several times to ask questions, and he was friendly every time. <br>I definitely recommend this place. More
