My recent experience buying a Prius at Toyota of Wellesley has been one of the easiest and straight forward transactions that I ever had. I worked with Greg Lavin there, he was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He steered me to through the various options in order to get the one with the features that I was looking for at the best price. As a result, I was able to get the car that I wanted at a price that works for me without wasting any time (the whole transaction from test drive to papers was less than 1 hour total). Although I have been biased in the past towards larger dealers, Toyota of Wellesley was very competitive offering large dealer pricing with the benefit of small dealer service. I would definitely recommend them if you are considering a purchase. More
My experience at the Pre-Owned center was awsome. The sales representative took care of me and made me feel like a real VIP. I chose a 07 Subaru Legacy and I love it. Another way that KO made my car buying experience great was through the financing center where they were able to explain the process and get me a great loan, they did not just get me a loan from their preferred finance bank but I know he shopped me contract around and got me the best loan for me. Thank you KO auto Pre-owned. I have had no issues with KO or my vehicle, and would recommend that anyone looking for a great values on a used vehicle go strait to the KO Pre-owned! More

After having visited nearly all the other Toyota dealerships in a 25 mile radius, I happened to bring my trade in for evaluation. Shaun gave me a verbal quote on what it would be worth which was higher than the places I had previously taken it to. It was in keeping however with all the online websites such as KBB, NADA, Edmunds unlike the other dealerships. They didn't have the features on the truck I was looking for the day I brought it in, but I discussed what I was looking for and Shaun said he would keep that in mind. A few days later, they were able to find the car with the specs that I wanted and I came in, somewhat hesistant because things had not been in writing. However, they remembered exactly what had been promised and kept true to their word. Upon seeing the truck, we worked out what I would have liked repaired or replaced on the it before purchase and again, they kept to their word. During the signing of the paperwork with Michael, I met Nai, the owner's son who popped in to say hello. He helped me decide on whether the extended warranty was right for me or not without pressuring me. I tossed out "what if" questions and we worked out various scenarios to help my decision. After the sale, we've enjoyed the Highlander Hybrid Ltd greatly except the tires that came with it. In this regard, I emailed Nai about my concerns and he promptly put his service manager Eric on it who even contacted the tire manufacturer (Yokohama) about it. Come spring when I'd like to replace them, they are filing away our discussion from February so that they can help me get the replacements I desire at a fair value. I'm very pleased with the service I have received at Toyota of Wellesley. Others at work have already bought from there as well this past month and are pleased as well. More

Rather than saying something like the "brakes checked out fine" --Lenny reviewed the findings of the service team in detail and gave specific and accurate answers to our questions (e.g. front brakes are new and rear has 60% left.) A couple of issues needed follow-up, he was thorough and forthcoming, -- qualities you don't encounter very often these days! More

I was looking for a specific FJ Cruiser and they found one for me that they were going to swap with Boch Toyota and Boch sold it out from financing. I was looking for a specific FJ Cruiser and they found one for me that they were going to swap with Boch Toyota and Boch sold it out from underneath them, so they found another one and installed all the accessories I wanted for the same original price we agreed upon. A lot of leg work on their part (I think). They gave me a solid price for the trade-in, same as the kbb trade-in value, so I was happy. Love the FJ, love the dealership, would totally go back for my wife's car (if she wants a toyo). Thanks again guys!!! Chip More
In the market for a minivan for my wife, I did a lot of research on our new Sienna XE AWD. I requested quotes over the internet from about 10 dealers in Boston area. Wellesley Toyota responded quickly with the best quote. My wife visited Wellesley Toyota for a test drive and Gregg gave her a written quote on the car! I had never seen that before. I shopped the written quote at a few dealers and everyone told me they could not come close and that Wellesley Toyota is probably running the bait and switch scheme on us. It was not the case. Gregg found us the exact car we were looking for in the hard-to-find color that we wanted in a few days. We highly recommend this dealership. They are not the high pressure sales folks that you normally see at other dealerships. They treat you with respect and dignity, plus they offer you the best price around. Why would you shop anywhere else? More
We went to Toyota of Wellesley to see a used Lexus hybrid SUV that we saw on the internet. Honestly, if we hadn't really wanted that particular car, we probably would have given up at some point during the s SUV that we saw on the internet. Honestly, if we hadn't really wanted that particular car, we probably would have given up at some point during the sales process due to their frustrating disorganization. That said, we can't fault their friendliness and customer service. We went to check out the SUV on New Years Day, assuming it was a big auto sales day, only to find the dealership closed (our fault, since we hadn't thought to call ahead to confirm they were open). Jeff Tang and Nai were there plowing snow off the lot and cleaning the cars and were extremely helpful; they stopped to ask if they could help and when we said we'd driven a long way, they opened the dealership and let us test drive the SUV. We put down a deposit and brought our trade-in a few days later to be checked. Things went downhill at that point. Jeff was the official salesperson but he was on vacation during the week we finalized the deal, so we kept getting input from different people. We were missing part of the paperwork for the trade-in; one person said we needed it, another person said we didn't. We wasted hours looking for it and asked over the phone for someone at the dealership to look in the glove compartment of our trade-in. Despite promising they would, they didn't; we found it in the glove compartment of the trade-in when we went back to clean it out the final time. (Turns out we didn't need it after all, though -- what a waste of time.) One person said we could have the SUV inspected on Saturday; then we were told they don't do inspections on Saturdays. On the day we were supposed to pick it up, we asked them to call both of us the moment it was ready, since there was supposed to be a snowstorm that evening. We didn't hear from them, and when we called at the end of the day we were told that they were waiting for us to arrive. All in all, they were very disorganized, and it was very frustrating for us. We paid cash for the SUV and were probably the easiest sale they'd had in a while, yet they refused to work with us on the price and then were disorganized with almost every step of the process. (The actual financial and registration transaction did go smoothly; Mike in Finance was helpful and organized and got everything done when promised.) Jeff made sure we were aware he would be on vacation but, in retrospect, he should have transitioned the deal to another salesperson who could oversee it all so that there weren't a bunch of different people giving us misleading information. Mike was fabulous; he talked us through every step and gave us good solid financial advice when we asked for it.
