We opted for another dealer for reasons totally extraneous to the deal he offered (we decided to go with a place that offered Guidepoint Security installation instead of Lojack; now I'm having second thoughts but it makes my husband happy)(not sure how well Guidepoint will work if the car is indoors). I probably should have checked to see if Frank could arrange the Guidepoint installation, come to think of it. Overall a great experience, not a lot of beating around the bush with negotiations, and I would have no hesitation in returning to him when my husband needs a new car. More

I was referred to Toyota Wellesley by a very close of friend. I was referred personally to Mr. Eric Belowitz. He assisted me with my lease of my new Toyota Rav4 and when I was involved in an accident h friend. I was referred personally to Mr. Eric Belowitz. He was the best person and because of him I decided to buy a new 09 Rav4 from him. Throughout this whole process Mr. Kevin McCarthy assisted me with all of the paperwork and the entire process that I would not have been able to complete if he did not work his "magic" and take the time to make sure that I got the best service possible. Mr. James Wright spent so much time with me as I was test driving and looking at both new and used cars he is another great Toyota staff. I went to Toyota of Wellesley to see a specific car I'd found online. After driving it, I decided to wait and think about it. The next day I emailed and told them I'd decided against the car, but wanted to see some others. Lenny already had 2 to show me when I arrived, and I really felt that he'd taken my interests and considerations to heart. The first one was perfect - a 2008 Corolla LE with low mileage - except that it had some dings on the door. Shaun agreed to fix that, they gave me a VERY generous offer on my trade-in, and I left feeling like I'd gotten a very fair deal. When I went to pick up the car, I couldn't even tell there'd ever been any damage - it looks absolutely new! I am very happy with my car and VERY happy that I was able to work with Lenny. Definitely ask for him if you go! More

Having gone into this dealer without having done my research, I have to say that I believe I came away with as good a deal and a level of customer satisfaction as if I was fully prepared. They found me a Highlander in excellent condition (in a KBB sense) for what I was willing to pay, which was at the lower end of the range for this car. Jeff was informative and trustworthy, commented on the cars we looked at objectively, and always tried to be helpful. Shaun's manner was more blunt and concerned with the bottom line. The price was good, and although there was not much give in the asking price they did throw in a free ipod plug and offered to install another feature at cost. The car came serviced with the 30,000 mile service and with new Yokahama tires which are of excellent quality. They were not able to remove all the stains from the passenger seat as I requested, but except for some wear on the driver's seat and a couple of very tiny blemishes the car looks and feels like new. I am waiting to see if my back can adjust to the seat, which causes me to squirm a bit in discomfort. This dealer does not offer certified cars, which probably contributes to their pricing schedule, but the cars come fully serviced. The one issue I had was resolved as best as could be possible --- the car's last service was recorded at 25K, the car was being sold with 37K, and there was no record of the 30K service. Jeff said they had provided the 30K service at the dealership but I was not given access to these records until I spoke with Eric, the service manager. Upon hearing my concerns about the 30K service, he personally reviewed the servce records and inspected the vehicle and reported his findings in detail over the phone. Although he could not verify that the car had been given an oil change at 30K, the dip stick appeared very clean (as was the car as a whole) and there was no other indicator which would suggest the oil had NOT been changed. I learned by phoning the dealer which had serviced tha car for the lessee that Toyota dealers are very meticulous at keeping service records for their cars and making them available as needed. Eric authorized release of the service record which they performed on this car when it came in, which helped to allay my concerns. Eric went way out his way to respond to me as fully as possible; this and the fact that they fully serviced the car gave me more confidence in its condition. After this experience, and additional conversations with Jeff and Greg, I am very impressed with the service dept and look forward to bringing the car here for regular services. More
