I recently bought a used 2008 Toyota Sienna from Toyota of Wellesley. I did some online research beforehand and saw that this dealer offered the best selection of vehicles in the range I wanted to spend. of Wellesley. At the dealership, I was able to see the same advertised car selection of the group I was interested in(all in show room shape for "used" cars), determine a fair price on the car of my choice, arrive at a fair value for my trade-in and drive away in the same day. The sales team (and that is what they are, a team) worked WITH me throughout the whole process. There was no hype or pressure. The finance officer worked diligently to get me through the paperwork in a very thorough and expeditious manner, even up to the closing hour. We do not buy many cars and have had some rather challenging experiences in this area with the stereotypical "used car dealers." The folks I worked with at the Ko Motor Group-Toyota Wellesley are in another class altogether. In fact, that is the differentiation, they are what used to be known as a "class act." More

My wife and I have been looking to buy a new car. We test drive several 2009 models including Honda Accord EX I4, Honda Civic EX, Nissan Maxima 3.5 S, Acura TXS, and the Camry XLE 4 cylinder. We eventually narrow down to the Camry XLE because we are very comfortable driving it. This car is the match for both of us and it is reasonably priced. We went to Toyota and Edmund websites to solicit an internet quote from 6 dealers. What we were looking for is a dealer that gave us a reasonable detail quote and would honor their price once we got to the dealer. Well, only three dealers responded what we want. Their prices are within plus/minus $250. Frank Zoll from Wellesley Toyota were prompt with the email, and provided detail quote. One dealer had an outrageous price tag. Even though, the price from Frank was not the cheapest but we are not so concern about a couple hundred of dollar because time is more important to us. We want someone to deal and sell the car to us quickly. If this is what you want, I highly recommend Frank Zoll from Wellesley Toyota, Worcester, MA to you. Once we got to the dealer, we test drive the car. Frank honored the quote, explained about other car options, and Toyota financing. We bought the car within 2.5 h. Yes, it's that quick. My wife and I have been very satisfied with whole smooth purchase of the 2009 Camry XLE, 4 cylinder. Frank was very professional. I again highly recommend Frank Zoll from Wellesley Toyota, Worcester, MA. We love our new Camry. More
We have had excellent experiences with the Sales, Service and Management teams at Toyota of Wellesley in buying and servicing our pre-owned Sienna. Firstly, working with Sally on the sale was easy and pressure-free. In closing the deal with the manager, Nai, he gave us a price for our trade which was far fairer than other area Toyota dealers had offered. The service team took care of an issue with the door that we noticed before the deal was made and when I went to pick up the van Nai had his service team fix a scratch in the rear window that we missed the first time through. I drove away with our "new" van feeling as though we had been treated fairly, honestly and well. However, the best part or our experience with this dealer came a few months later when the power door (not the one previously adjusted) became stuck open. I contacted Nai and after he apologized for the inconvenience he assured me his team would work on it as their top priority. I was very nervous about the potential cost as we were bumping up against the 90 day warranty and I was not even certain if this was covered. To my immense release, and to the credit of Toyota of Wellesley, they replaced the motor in the door at no cost and with no discussion required. If you are shopping for a Toyota and want to work with a dealership that stands by its products and its customers, I highly recommend you visit with Nai and his team at Toyota of Wellesley. More

Allens Constant, the employee who sold me the '05 Toyota Sienna Van, made sure that it was the car I wanted, had it ready for pick up and then explained to ME how it was to be operated and maintained. Throughout this whole process, Allens was pleasant, helpful, informative and reliable. Any commitments he made, he kept. Allens knew the answers to my many of my questions . By the time we began our shopping, we were very well informed about options, inventory, and prices. We did an extensive internet search and visited four dealerships. From the moment we walked in the door at Wellesley Toyota, we were treated with courtesy and respect. Our salesman, Alens Constant, could not have been more accommodating or informative. He listened to us and understood our needs. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. It seemed that his main priority was to find the right van for us. We were not subjected to high-pressure sales tactics. Alens was completely understanding we went to other dealerships to compare prices. At the end of the week, we returned to Wellesley Toyota and felt very confident that we got the right van for our family at a very good price. Their professionalism, and desire to treat customers with respect, and to build a long term relationships was refreshing.
