I came upon Toyota of Wellesley by accident. I purchased my used overpriced Toyota Camry from Boch Toyota, but everytime I went to have it serviced it was an ordeal. So as I was driving home, in need of so my used overpriced Toyota Camry from Boch Toyota, but everytime I went to have it serviced it was an ordeal. So as I was driving home, in need of some work on my car when I decided to stop in at Toyota of Wellesley to see if they could help me. I had an extended warranty with Boch and since I refused to deal with their nastiness, I needed to find someone to do work on my vehicle. Eventhouhg Toyota of Wellesley didn't accept my warranty, they worked with the warranty company to get the work done and paid for. All I had to pay was a $50 dollar deductible. That was all it took. The fact that they worked so hard to help me, not knowing if I would even be a repeat customer especially when they could have easily said there was nothing they could do and send me on my way told me that they cared about their customers. Long story short when I was in the market for a new car, I went directly to them. I just purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla fully loaded at a price below the Kelley Blue Book and NADA MSRP. They didn't nickle and dime me. They didn't try and sell me what I didn't want. I told them what I wanted and they accommodated me. They made sure that I knew what it was I was purchasing and always, always sought to get me the item at the lowest price and still be the best purchase for my needs. From the Sales Representative Jack Mendosa, to Sales Manager Brian and the Financial Manager Kevin I couldn't have asked for a better company to look out for my interest.
