Having gone into this dealer without having done my research, I have to say that I believe I came away with as good a deal and a level of customer satisfaction as if I was fully prepared. They found me a Highlander in excellent condition (in a KBB sense) for what I was willing to pay, which was at the lower end of the range for this car. Jeff was informative and trustworthy, commented on the cars we looked at objectively, and always tried to be helpful. Shaun's manner was more blunt and concerned with the bottom line. The price was good, and although there was not much give in the asking price they did throw in a free ipod plug and offered to install another feature at cost. The car came serviced with the 30,000 mile service and with new Yokahama tires which are of excellent quality. They were not able to remove all the stains from the passenger seat as I requested, but except for some wear on the driver's seat and a couple of very tiny blemishes the car looks and feels like new. I am waiting to see if my back can adjust to the seat, which causes me to squirm a bit in discomfort. This dealer does not offer certified cars, which probably contributes to their pricing schedule, but the cars come fully serviced. The one issue I had was resolved as best as could be possible --- the car's last service was recorded at 25K, the car was being sold with 37K, and there was no record of the 30K service. Jeff said they had provided the 30K service at the dealership but I was not given access to these records until I spoke with Eric, the service manager. Upon hearing my concerns about the 30K service, he personally reviewed the servce records and inspected the vehicle and reported his findings in detail over the phone. Although he could not verify that the car had been given an oil change at 30K, the dip stick appeared very clean (as was the car as a whole) and there was no other indicator which would suggest the oil had NOT been changed. I learned by phoning the dealer which had serviced tha car for the lessee that Toyota dealers are very meticulous at keeping service records for their cars and making them available as needed. Eric authorized release of the service record which they performed on this car when it came in, which helped to allay my concerns. Eric went way out his way to respond to me as fully as possible; this and the fact that they fully serviced the car gave me more confidence in its condition. After this experience, and additional conversations with Jeff and Greg, I am very impressed with the service dept and look forward to bringing the car here for regular services. More

I had been looking for a vehicle for a couple of weeks before coming to this dealership and had done a lot of research on my car of choice, the Scion XA, prior to this. It was the third Scion XA I looked at and I found their representation of the car, which I had found listed online, to be accurate. It was in pristine working condition. The salesman, Jeff, is as honest and down-to-earth as people come. He's very good at communicating often and clearly, so I felt informed of every step of the process. And there was no pressure, which was very different from my experience at other dealerships, and much appreciated. The value in the car was unmatched. I'm on a tight budget, so I'm glad I made the hour-and-a-half drive there to look at it. It saved me over $2000 (and that's off of the competitor's negotiated price; over $3000 less than the competition's list price). The dealership even gave the car it's 30K service when the odometer reading was at 28K, in effect saving me a bit more there. Everyone at Toyota of Wellesley was helpful and organized. They even provided me information on how to dispose of (and get paid for) the broken-down car that I was replacing. I would definitely do business with them again. More
I usually dread the purchase of a new vehicle due to the aggravation and hassle but my experience with Toyota of Wellesley was actually positive and enjoyable (yes, I said enjoyable! I had done all my research and I had previously been communicating with more than 10 other dealers in the area. Since I’m from NJ, it was critical that I find not only a competitive price but also a dealer I could completely trust. Honesty goes a long way when you are negotiating out-of-state by phone and email and I dealt with some real arrogant, ignorant people at some of the other dealerships. Toyota of Wellesley beat the competition and I secured a new 2009 Rav4 Limited for a great deal and in record time. I dealt with Joe O’Connell and his professionalism, responsiveness, and courtesy go unsurpassed. I called him in the morning and we closed the deal by that same evening. Joe answered my every question and concern, he did not pressure me for a minute, and I felt extremely reassured by the purchase. When I drove to MASS. to secure the vehicle, there were no surprises, no hidden fees and the reassurances were confirmed by Joe’s friendliness and eagerness to show me every function and detail of my new car. I requested several additional accessories that were installed and working like a charm. I honestly could not have imagined a more seamless and positive experience. My recent experience buying a Prius at Toyota of Wellesley has been one of the easiest and straight forward transactions that I ever had. I worked with Greg Lavin there, he was knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. He steered me to through the various options in order to get the one with the features that I was looking for at the best price. As a result, I was able to get the car that I wanted at a price that works for me without wasting any time (the whole transaction from test drive to papers was less than 1 hour total). Although I have been biased in the past towards larger dealers, Toyota of Wellesley was very competitive offering large dealer pricing with the benefit of small dealer service. I would definitely recommend them if you are considering a purchase. More
My experience at the Pre-Owned center was awsome. The sales representative took care of me and made me feel like a real VIP. I chose a 07 Subaru Legacy and I love it. Another way that KO made my car buying experience great was through the financing center where they were able to explain the process and get me a great loan, they did not just get me a loan from their preferred finance bank but I know he shopped me contract around and got me the best loan for me. Thank you KO auto Pre-owned. I have had no issues with KO or my vehicle, and would recommend that anyone looking for a great values on a used vehicle go strait to the KO Pre-owned! More

After having visited nearly all the other Toyota dealerships in a 25 mile radius, I happened to bring my trade in for evaluation. Shaun gave me a verbal quote on what it would be worth which was higher than the places I had previously taken it to. It was in keeping however with all the online websites such as KBB, NADA, Edmunds unlike the other dealerships. They didn't have the features on the truck I was looking for the day I brought it in, but I discussed what I was looking for and Shaun said he would keep that in mind. A few days later, they were able to find the car with the specs that I wanted and I came in, somewhat hesistant because things had not been in writing. However, they remembered exactly what had been promised and kept true to their word. Upon seeing the truck, we worked out what I would have liked repaired or replaced on the it before purchase and again, they kept to their word. During the signing of the paperwork with Michael, I met Nai, the owner's son who popped in to say hello. He helped me decide on whether the extended warranty was right for me or not without pressuring me. I tossed out "what if" questions and we worked out various scenarios to help my decision. After the sale, we've enjoyed the Highlander Hybrid Ltd greatly except the tires that came with it. In this regard, I emailed Nai about my concerns and he promptly put his service manager Eric on it who even contacted the tire manufacturer (Yokohama) about it. Come spring when I'd like to replace them, they are filing away our discussion from February so that they can help me get the replacements I desire at a fair value. I'm very pleased with the service I have received at Toyota of Wellesley. Others at work have already bought from there as well this past month and are pleased as well. More
