We found the car on the internet. My wife called the dealer speaking with Jeff who made her feel she would be well accepted if she went in. She did, and she felt very comfortable with Jeff. We had hoped to pay less, but we expected to pay the price that was finally agreed to. I too was pleased with Jeff when I met him. Paperwork was processed very quickly and pleasantly. Manager, Sean (?) presented the extended warranty offering without pressure. He answered my questions, and I chose to purchase the option. The car was ready for pickup as promised, registered, inspected, absolutely immaculate. Jeff showed the basics, adjusting seats, temperature controls, etc., and off we went. The car is perfect and we are very pleased. I can't think of anything the dealership could have done to make the transaction any better. I expect to shop for cars on the internet from now on, and I will be very pleaseed to see that Wellesley Toyota is where the vehicle is. More

I bought a new Prius, soon after a previous Prius was totaled. The entire sales staff was most friendly and helpful. My salesman, Jack Mendosa not only made all the arrangements efficiently, I believe he totaled. The entire sales staff was most friendly and helpful. Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked very hard to get me the color vehicle I wanted and did not charge any extra even though this particular vehicle was not on his lot. This first impression of him was correct. He is a refreshingly, intelligent and ethical person who was a joy with whom to do business. Shawn also made my purchase of a 2006 Corolla go very smoothly, even after there was a bit of a delay in the process because my insurance company hadn't been notified due to my error. Shawn arranged for me to be picked up at home in order to expedite my obtaining the car, and, lo and behold, Lenny himself, on his day off, was the one who came to get me. I feel that this experience, including the price of the car, was something I would be pleased to relate to family and friends, and to urge them to call on Lenny and Shawn at Wellesley Toyota. More

I needed a car and decided to get a preowned Highlander. I researched on line and with Kelly Blue Book and car fax. Wellesley Toyota had the best cars that fit my specifications with the best prices. Alens was extremely helpful as was the sales manager Shawn Fisher. My phone calls and emails were returned promptly. I believe that my long history with Wellesley Toyota made a difference and I am happy to continue my relationship with them. I will continue to have my "new" Highlander serviced at Wellesley Toyota. We went to Wellesley Toyota because we have used their service department for almost 10 years. But we honestly did not expect to make a purchase at this dealership thinking their cost of business in Well service department for almost 10 years. But we honestly did not expect to make a purchase at this dealership thinking their cost of business in Wellesley would make it difficult to get a good price. We had researched prices on www.truecar.com and www.edmunds.com and had a good idea what the ideal price was. We dealt with Dan Lombardi. Dan is the perfect sales person. He is very knowledgeable about everything from the workings of the car (we were buying a hybrid) to the servicing. There was no pressure in the least from Dan. In fact, when we closed the deal and he referred us to the business office, I mentioned that this must be the office where they pressure you to buy warranties and financing. Dan said, no that won't happen because I'll let them know you don't want that. We were in and out of the business office in ten minutes with no mention of warranties or financing. That's a great feeling. Dan is the perfect person to close a business deal. He explained perfectly what each cost was and what incentives the dealership was getting. The only dealer cost involved was a dealer documentation fee of around $250. Dan closed the deal perfectly. We got our ideal price. We are very grateful to have dealt with Dan Lombardi. Having bought several cars over 30 years, Dan is by far the fairest, most honest, most professional, and an overall great guy. More
