They pride themselves on their professionalism and avoid the high-pressure tactics that other dealerships use. They were honest about the options available, and gave me exactly the information I needed to make the most informed decision possible. I had a couple of family members with me during the decision-making process, and they treated all of them as equals. Both Jeff and Mike are friendly, down-to-earth members of an outstanding dealership, and I will gladly recommend them to any friend or colleague who needs a car in the future. The new RAV4 is just terrific!, and I'm so glad that I went to Toyota of Wellesley instead of the pressure cooker dealerships on and near the AutoMile, even though Wellesley is a half-hour away. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and unpressured. And the salesperson, Martin Hansberry, was good, honest, and open in all my dealings with him. I got exactly what I wanted--a RAV4 in a particular color--in a timely way. From my first meeting, I knew exactly what the dealership paid for the vehicle I wanted. Of course I was willing to pay what I considered a fair price that covered the dealer's costs and a fair profit both to the dealership and the salesperson. Nobody should expect to get a car for free. On the other hand, no one should expect to be pressured into signing deals that contain hidden and mis-labeled costs and fees. I couldn't be happier--with Martin, the dealership, and the vehicle. On the day I was to pick up my new vehicle, Martin wasn't due to be at work until afternoon. But he came in specially to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced by making a special trip to Wellesley. The very next day, I took the RAV4 on a two-day business trip to New Haven. And everything was perfect. Not only did the RAV4 live up to Toyota's reputation for rock solid dependability, but there were no forgotten items on the dealer preparation list. No rattles, nothing out of place, no squeaks. And it came with a full tank of gas! After almost a thousand miles of combined highway and city driving, I'm getting more than 28 MPG on a 4WD vehicle. I'm happy as a clam. I highly recommend Martin Hansberry and the rest of the Toyota of Wellesley sales, finance, and service team. More
We went to 7 different Toyota dealers. The service at Wellesly was the best. We got there just before closing but Rey was very accommodating staying late to let us look through the lot. Up to the time that we drove off the lot, Rey was organized and guided us efficiently through the process. If you are looking for a pre-owned car, make sure that Wellesley Toyota is one of the places you visit. And ask for Rey! More
I bought my first new car, a Scion xD with a manual transmission, from Wellesley Toyota / Scion and I could not be more pleased with my vehicle and the service I received. When I went into the dealership at the beginning of September Rey Lima greeted me with a smile, an old world grace, and a genuine interest in helping me find exactly what I wanted. I entered the dealership having done a lot of research and thinking that I knew exactly what I wanted. The first thing that I wanted to do was to test drive a vehicle. Rey helped me get behind the wheel of a Toyota Yaris 4-door hatchback without any sales pitches or delays that I had found at other dealerships. I liked the vehicle but realized that I preferred a vehicle with a manual transmission and a few other features. Over the course of the next week I researched other vehicles and considered other car manufacturers. What I realized was that I wanted Toyota dependability and service in addition to a 4-door hatchback with a manual transmission. After I gathered more information I went back to Rey and he listened to what I wanted and suggested I test drive a Scion xD. At this point I knew nothing about Scions but valued Rey's opinion and was willing to try something new. Rey was right, I loved the Scion xD. It was the perfect fit. Ted, the Scion manager answered my questions and helped me to get in my new car with the features I chose within a week. I have been driving my car for about a month and I appreciate it every day. My one concern was that the Bluetooth feature that I had added did work as I had expected. People could not hear me speaking when I was driving at high speeds. I stopped by to see Rey last week and he brought me to the service department to get this straightened out. Justin and the service department tested the problem and fixed it the next day free charge. The service, professionalism, knowledge, and grace of the Wellesley Toyota team set them apart from other dealerships. More

Within hours he had multiple options exactly what I was looking for. I also visited MUZI Ford and Chrystler and they had nothing in my price range and were extremely deceptive and attempt to play games. I could not have been happier with Alens and Toyota - fast, professional and straight forward - no BS, no games. This is my first new car and if I am in the area when I am looking for my next car my first stop will be Wellesley Toyota. More

What a refreshing change to deal with Rey Lima when I negotiated for a new car for my daughter. Never did I feel pressured or manipulated. The price was fair and the entire transaction was very swift, professional and pleasant. Any my daughter got exactly the car she wanted which Rey had found from a search all over New England. She was in her new car in five days! I would highly recommend Rey Lima for his professionalism, integrity and his extremely polite, friendly and personal demeanor. More

There was no pressure from anyone. It was a joy to be shown a car,have my questions answered and not feel as if I was being pushed into a sale.I saw a green Camry but it was sold.
