We had recently had an unsatisfactory experience with another dealer which left us feeling both anxious and bitter. We contacted Wellesley Toyota online after seeing that they had the car we desired in a price range we could afford. The experience there was like 'night vs. day' compared to the previous dealership. The salesman, Rey, was personable and warm, making us feel immediately at ease. Both he and the staff were both honest and straightforward, as well as extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Though I don't plan on purchasing another car anytime soon, (I like to hold on to my cars a long time!) I would most certainly recommend this dealership to those I know! More

Our sales person was knowledgeabe, courteous, not overly pushy, and friendly, making what can be a stressful experience much more manageable for us. I was disappointed with the trade-in allotted for our old car (also purchased at this dealership), and the resulting final price on the new vehicle, although I understood the reasons for pricing. I find it inherently difficult to choose and purchase a new car, therefore the overall experience is only good, not excellent, but this is not because of any deficiencies in the dealrship or sales team. I would definitely send friends to this dealership. More
