The reason I am giving the review that I am is because of the whole buying process. I contacted Jack through the internet and explained what I was looking for and within minutes I not only had a price but a the whole buying process. I contacted Jack through the internet and explained what I was looking for and within minutes I not only had a price but a price that was so good that I left work early to get to the dealership so they could verify what I wanted for my trade-in which they did in a bout a 10 minute time frame. Jack asked if I was ready to sign on the dotted line and I said lets do it and was done in less than an hour. The whole experience was just way to easy to believe and I left there astounded that it it could actually be this easy. I had spent 2 weekends prior at many dealerships and Wellsley Toyota blew everyone out of the water. My next experience was with Courtney who walked me through the whole leasing experience and gave me a very good understanding of why leasing is good and also some of the downfalls as well. I had a minor credit issue that needed to be adressed and he was able to work through it and get me the credit I needed with no problems. Courtney again helped make the whole experience painless. My next and last experience was that when I picked up my Rav4 the body moldings had not yet arrived so it meant going back at some point to have them installed which was a minor inconvience but really no big deal. Jack decided that instead of me having to go back he came to my workplace picked up my truck brought it in and had the moldings put on and drove back to my workplace I told people in my office about it and they were all like wow that is impressive and it was. I can honestly say Wellsley Toyota has a customer for life and although not looking forward to having to buy again anytime soon I do look forward to my next purchase with them. I think the rest of the auto industry could learn a few things from Wellsley Toyota but they are to worried about taking advantage of their customers and making the extra buck to care about customer service. My wife works with someone that bought from them as well and gave them high marks. More

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had (and I've had more than a few). I knew what I wanted - a 2010 Prius with specific options, and emailed 10 dealers in 5 different states asking them t (and I've had more than a few). I knew what I wanted - a 2010 Prius with specific options, and emailed 10 dealers in 5 different states asking them to quote on this car, and telling them that I had to pick the car up within 3 days (in order to beat the end of the "no sales tax on high mileage cars" in CT). I put very specific instructions in my email, and Greg Lavin responded very quickly and in exactly the way I had requested (unlike so many of the other dealers who just didn't seem to want to be bothered doing what I asked, or replying at all in a couple of cases). It became very clear that Wellesley Toyota and Greg were serious about selling me a car, offering exactly what I was looking for at a very attractive price. I completed the sale over the phone on June 28. My needs weren't simple. Since MA doesn't issue temporary license plates, I had to be able to get to the dealership, complete the paperwork and pay them, take the paperwork to the nearest CT DMV office to register it (85 miles away), and come back to the dealership to pick the car up (all on the 29th, or miss out on a $1,300 CT sales tax break). Not only that, but my wife was not able to drive me in our other car that day. So I asked Greg if he could meet me at the train station (coming up from CT), and if the dealership would lend me a car to make the round trip to the CT DMV. I fully expected him to say yes (to picking me up) and no (to lending me the car), and was preparing to rent a car for that trip (their price was so much better that it would have been worthwhile). He went to bat for me, and called back to tell me that he'd meet the train, and that he had a car for me to drive to CT. On the 29th, the transaction went incredibly smoothly. They had all the paperwork ready for me, and I was on the road to the DMV less than 15 minutes after arriving at the dealership. It was a long day, but well worth it. Greg and the people at Wellesley Toyota were fabulous, and I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Toyota, even if they aren't local. More

Even though Wellesley is not close to us we chose to buy from them. We found our salesman Dan Lombardi and his staff to be informative and comfortable to be with. They respected that we had done our homework and setteled on a very good price. After the sale Dan gave us therough instructions in how to operate many of the new features on our car. Dan even arranged a 1 day turnaround for our registration and inspectin sitcker so we could leave for vacation on time. I would say we got a very fair deal. More

He showed us the repair area for any future needs we might have. He also voluntarily showed us the facts on the used car's history of service to help us feel comfortable about our choice. More
I was in the market for a used Sienna mini-van. I located the various Toyota dealers who had the inventory I was interested in. My local dealer, Boch, had a few used mini-vans, however when I went to visit I was quickly being pushed to look at new ones. I then connected with Shaun at Wellesley Toyota via Cars.com. He was responsive, but not overly so. He was helpful and informative over the phone and gave straight advise and percise overviews of the inventory he had available. I then visited the dealership and met with Alens and Shaun. Alens and I took a test drive, and we had a great conversation. No pushy sales tactics, straight answers, and genuine in his approach. The car I went to see wasn't exactly what I wanted, but they had another on the lot. Alens and I went for another drive...this one was it. I was in an out in under 2 hours. Oh, and there was no back and forth, used car sales tactics. Shaun and I talked about the price, it was a straight forward dicussion (again), he never left his desk to ask his finance manager a question, nor did he have to "present the offer". We went back and forth a few times, agreed on a price, I signed an agreement, provided a deposit, and walked out with a new used car. Best car buying experience I have ever had. More
We had a very positive experience from the first. We received quick e-mail responses regarding the car we were interested in which was important as we were traveling from CT. to see the car. Jason provided a professional, no-pressure experience for us while we were test driving the car and afterward while we were deciding to purchase the car. He was helpful and informative re: our Hybrid...he even helped me download my bluetooth !!! In addition, he has offered to help us if we have any questions about the car. Overall, it was an easy and actually fun experience...they took out all the hassle and helped us answer our questions and concerns. We will definitely be returning customers. Worth the trip !!! More
