I specifically asked to speak with Dan Lombardi again because of the great time we had when we leased or 2010 Camry last October. Dan is a consummate professional. This time we leased a 2010 Corolla. Dan was especially attentive to my wife and really listened to her needs and questions. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. I picked up the car on Tuesday, July 13, 2010. The car was prepped and Dan took the time to explain everything to me. In addition we also spoke with Courtney from the finance department. He was point on when explaining every question that we had and made the whole process very comfortable. Lastly the service and parts departments have always been very courteous and knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to help with both information and scheduling issues that we might have. The experience was positive and expeditious. Ricardo did a nice job of overseeing the process. I appreciated dealing directly with the sales manager instead of his hiding behind the Wizard of Oz curtain. a nice job of overseeing the process. The only negative (as I have experienced in other Toyota dealerships) is having to wait 30 minutes after agreeing on the deal to see the business manager. This was not too bad; Boch Totota had me and my wife wait for 75 minutes three years ago when we spent over $30k on a new vehicle for her. More

We bought a used Toyota Sienna recently and the experience was a lot less stressful than some other dealerships we visited. We were pretty set on what we were looking for when we went in and Jason experience was a lot less stressful than some other dealerships we visited. We are pretty fussy people yet he calmly showed us a number of cars that we were all able to test drive until we found the right one. I've given Wellesley Toyota a Top Rating because we are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend Wellesley Toyota to anyone looking for a quality car who likes to be treated with respect and honesty and at the same time, receive great customer service.
