We highly recommend Jason Creede, and we especially liked his honesty and no pressure sales tactics. He also took care of anything that needed to be fixed with our used Toyota Sienna to meet our satisfaction in a timely manner. Jason was a pleasure to work with. Mike, the Finance Manager, was also very personal and professional and was able to get us a fantastic loan rate. Scott, the Service & Parts Manager, was very cordial and took care of any parts that needed to be replaced on our Toyota Sienna. I had owned a Toyota Camry for 14 years and wanted to have the same quality that I experienced in my car. I compared several dealerships and chose Wellesley Toyota. It is close to home but I also appreciated the help I received when I bought my Camry XLE. The plates from my previous car needed to be removed and I was very glad that Martin Hansberry offered to come and remove them--they were rusted on and difficult to remove. This was during a pouring rain. Since I was giving my car to my son, he suggested I bring the new plates there and he would see to it that they were put on correctly. His customer service and his explanation of the new features would encourage me to advise any friend to seek him out for their next car buying experience. Greg Lavin, the business manager was also very helpful during this sale. More

He was honest and did not make us feel like idiots as some salesmen have a habit of doing. Michael, the Finance Manager, went out of his way to make our buying experience as smooth as possible. We love the car and would buy at Wellesley Toyota again....and that is saying something since we drove over and hour and a half to get there despite dealers closer to home who are also Toyota dealers. They had many excellent vehicles to choose from...all priced competitively. All in all a great buying experience..... More

Although Ricardo was very nice, he had only been with the company 2 weeks and had limited knowledge. He couldn't answer most of my questions. Fortnately Brian stepped in to answer questions and provide more details. Brian said when I picked up the car Ricardo would spend about an hour going over the features. However when I came in Ricardo seemed surprised I wanted him to do this for me and expected me to drive right off the lot (car paid for). He then took about 10 minutes to explain basics We decided to leave and read the manuals. I recommend you provide more training and oversight for new hires. More

The first time a warning light came on and I called and was told to bring it in right away. The people are the most friendly I have ever met at any given dealership. From the Managers, to the service people, and everyone I have ever had any dealings with have been the most friendly, helpful, and patient people I have ever met.
