Dear Mr. Difilippo, I'm sorry to hear about your experience at Wellesley Toyota Scion. I wish we could have tried to resolve this issue privately first rather than publically on a public web site. I would like to apologize if you feel that Wellesley Toyota Scion endorses "bullying tactics." We certainly do not endorse these tactics and I assure you that it was not Mr. Fisher's intentions to make you feel this way. He tried his best to provide you with an incredible deal that included at no cost to you the repairs to body side moldings and four brand new tires at an already discounted price. However, Mr Fisher also brought to my attention that you accused him of "hidden damages" in a condescending, combative demeanor. Phrases such as "oh, I guess I lose to the dealership huh?" was hurtful to Mr. Fisher who tried to work with you during the entire sales process. And as you mentioned, those scratches were pre-existing. I hope this was all just miscommunication as we truly do aim to please. Again, I am sorry that are unhappy with Wellesley Toyota Scion. If we could turn back the hands of time, I am sure we both would have done business differently. Thank you for your comments, and I will re-emphasize to all personnel in the dealership the importance of customer service. Sincerely, Nai Ko, Jr. General Manager.
