When I had to register the car in Middletown, RI, he and a driver drove the car down from Wellesley to Middletown, saving me several hours of driving. It could not have been more efficient. I am equally impressed with service department - fast, efficient, and customer oriented. I very much appreciate the great service from Kip, Eddie, and Vanessa. Having purchased my wife's Matrix here 5 1/2 years ago, Wellesley Toyota was the natural choice when it came time to get a new ride of my own. Hours of online research confirmed my decision to purchase a Scion Xb, and upon entering the showroom, what to my wondering eyes should appear but a gleaming Xb 5 speed. Having cut my teeth on a standard waaaaaaaaay back in the late 50's, I could never in good conscience spring for an automatic. Alens Constant made the entire process flow seamlessly, and I later marveled that it took less time to purchase a new vehicle than go grocery shopping! When the time came to finalize things, Shaun Fisher picked up where Alens left off, and the dream team experience continued. The immense good will these guys created spilled over & resulted in my sister in law purchasing a twin to mine (but with an automatic) one week later. Over all experience at the showroom was very good with Alens. He let us test drive several of them. The nice aspect was that he let us drive by ourselves and bring the car back when we were done. We tested the vehicle on city and highway roads and found the one we liked. We put the car on hold with a small deposit and completed the formalities couple of days later. Little hassle compared to high pressure dealerships where they try to eek every little bit out of your pocket. In all a nice experience and we recommend working with Alens. He is friendly, has a pleasant demeanor and seems knowledgeable. Toyota Wellesley is a good dealership to work with. More

Over all experience at the showroom was excellent. The vehicle was ready for test drive with all relevent documents with the executive. I visited late in evening that too before the closing time but Mr. John M (Sales Maneger, Preowned cars) stayed back to share the details on the warranty, other aspects and prepare the Purchase Agreement so that I can complete the rest formalities the very next day. Nathan provided the complete details of the vehicle, test drive assistance and if any scratches etc. very clearly and also helped in assisting me with few insurance providers so that the process can be completed in time. Will be getting the vehicle after the title/registration etc. Overall, was a good experience to provide business to Wellesley Toyota (Nathan/John M from pre-owned cars department). More
Chris Davey is excellent to work with. As a single female, I have not had the best experiences dealing with cars (sales or service). I leased a car from Chris Davey last month and he is by far the BE female, I have not had the best experiences dealing with cars (sales or service). I leased a car from Chris Davey last month and he is by far the BEST! I visited a few other dealerships and never felt comfortable or fully trusted that the salesmen offering deals that were best for me. In fact, Chris Davey offered a package that was so much cheaper for the same car than any of the other dealers I spoke with Chris was so easy to work with! He really knows everything about leasing and buying. I was not sure if I should buy the car I was leasing at the end of my lease, buy a new car, or if I should lease a new car. Chris carefully and patiently explained the new lease, advantages of buying my car, buying a new car, or leasing a new car and never pushed me one way or the other. When asked, he told me what he thought was best for me and carefully explained why. He answered all the questions I had and never grew impatient with me. He told me to take my time until I knew what I wanted to do. He told me that I could extend my leave for up to six months if I needed more time to decided what I wanted to do. I looked at a few different models and he ran numbers for me on each model I looked at. Again he was informative patient, kind, and caring. He truly wanted me to do what was best for me. He offered me the best deal (I got quotes from other dealerships for the same car). He gave me his cell number in case I needed to reach him with any questions. I had many questions and again he was so patient, professional and courteous. He never called me to push me into anything. I did lease a new car and am very happy that I did. I will go back and work with Chris again and highly recommend his to anyone looking to purchase. He is honest, very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and truly cares about what is best for the customer. Additionally, you will probably get the best deal from Chris! More
I highly recommend Wellesley Toyota after recently purchasing a new car from them. My car buying experience was great right from the start. I found a new Prius-C on their website that I was interest purchasing a new car from them. My car buying experience was great right from the start. I worked with Internet Salesman Corey Clement by email and he was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I met with Internet Sales Manager Josh Cohen at the dealership, and found him very pleasant to work with as well. I never felt pressured into anything and they did not use sales "tactics" that I have encountered at other dealerships. The whole process went smoothly and I did not have to sit around waiting at all, as I have at other dealerships. Product Specialist Cody accompanied me on the test drive and explained all the features on the car and how to operate them. He is very friendly, knowledgable, and a wicked cool guy! Lastly, I worked with Chris Davey on the financing and he helped me through the application process. He briefly mentioned some extras that could be purchased but did not try to talk me into anything when I declined. I was treated as a valued customer by every staff member and am very pleased with my experience. More
Took vehicle in for factory recall service and was given estimate for suggested repairs of over $3000 on car beyond free factory recall. I went in to test drive a pre-owned Rav4, they had the best online selection and I was still in the research phase of my buying and wanted to see if I liked the Rav4. Shaun spent a good deal of time showing me cars and explaining the differences between the different options/styles. In the end I decided to deposit on a very new but pre-owned car pending the finance approval because I thought (having not really researched Rav4s extensively) the car was a great deal. One quick search on cars.com revealed I could get a brand new car with no miles for just a few hundred over the pre-owned price. I called the dealership and asked if they could lower the price on the car I was depositing on or at least throw in something extra and they said they could not but understood my reasoning for cancelling the deal if I could get a new one for so little money. They promised to refund my deposit which had been made via credit card immediately. A few days later when it still wasn't showing up in my account I called my bank who had no record of the return, called the dealership was told they had processed it, called the bank again. On day 4 my bank told me there was no way a refund had been processed, once again I called the dealership and was told it had been done. I called my bank and had to file a claims dispute. Suddenly the dealership called back and said they needed the whole card number to process a refund. So on day 5 it finally was credited back to my account. It just seemed a bit dishonest to tell me on day 1 you were processing my refund and 4 days later admit you needed the credit card. This turned me off from even considering this dealership beyond an initial price request on the new model. Could it have been an honest mistake they didn't run the card back on Day 1? Maybe, but after repeated calls for the next 4 days they stuck to the story which by then they must have known wasn't true. I did however find the sales people to be very knowledgable about Toyotas and otherwise fair to deal with. More
I am so happy with my new-to-me black 2010 Corolla LE! I had been searching on the internet for great low mileage cars and came across this Corolla with only 21,000 miles. I thought that this was going to be too good to be true and gave Wellesley Toyota a call about its availability. Shaun Fisher answered the phone. He told me it was available and gave me information about the car; where had it been, what condition it's in, any accidents, etc. I have very bad credit and Shaun was able to get me approved at a relatively low interest rate. When I came to sign my paperwork and pick up the car, it looked wonderful - clean and ready to go! I'm so happy with my experience at Wellesley Toyota. Just ask for Shaun! More
