Each time I was at Wellesley Toyota, I was tremendously impressed with the "vibe" My son bought a used Highlander there; my daughter, a plug-in Prius. Each time I was at Wellesley Toyota, I was tremendously impressed with the "vibe" of the place. The sales manager, Chris Davey, runs a great operation. Unlike in most dealerships, where you're immediately approached by a sales person, and then ultimately he/she has to disappear and check with the sales manager, you start with the sales manager. (At least that's what happened when I was there.) He then helps you pick the car(s) to drive and assigns you a young "product specialist" to assist you on the test drive. They are very well trained/informed and don't try to "sell" you anything. They genuinely want to know how YOU feel, what YOU want to know, what YOUR concerns are, etc. The overall experience: this is the kind of environment you would create if you were in the car business. You walk in the door and are greeted by Connie, who couldn't be nicer, more friendly and welcoming. The showroom is bright, modern, clean and comfortable. They don't treat you like a customer, more like a friend who's trying to help a friend make the right decision. In other words, no pressure. You really get the feeling that "these people are going to take good care of me." More

Between test driving the car and finalizating the deal took 2 hours. I leased the car I wanted and am happy with the price. Pick up was smooth as well. It took about 1.5 hours where most of it was spent with the product expert. At my request, he explained all attributes of the car; set up my phones, etc. Overall, a very positive experience. If my next car is a Toyota, I'll return to this dealer. More
