His warm personality made the process of buying my first car better than I could have hoped for. It was obvious when I first inspected the car that it had been cleaned and prepared well by the dealership. The car was priced at it's online book value but the amazing service by Nathan and the others at the dealership made the overall experience worth much more than I ended up paying for. He even suggested a way to have leather seats which were not available on model I wanted, we did do leather and very pleased with end product. Al provided info in an open clear fashion, we made the deal in a couple of hours at the dealership. I'd recommend Al Javid and would welcome dealing with him on my next car purchase. Dealership was clean and current all others we dealt with were friendly and professional. One item I would like more info on are their service contracts. More
