Responsive and up front I had a great experience with Wellesley Toyota. I was first in contact over phone/email with Brandon Luciano. I asked him about pricing and his ability to match or beat an offer I had. I asked him to email me an out the door price. He did this within the hour and I was able to come in within the next day to purchase my vehicle. He was up front with me about pricing. Some dealers give you a price but do not reveal that it is contingent on financing (I have had this experience happen to me a few times now). At Wellesley Toyota, I was told that the price I was given was the price I would pay regardless of how I decided to pay for the vehicle. When I arrived, I was able to confirm all the details of the vehicle I was given, I was offered features/warranties, but was not pressured to buy them. I then worked with Al Javid to finish the deal. I was able to take the car home the next day. Everything was very smooth. It was the best car purchasing experience I have had at a dealership in terms of efficiency and having everything be up front without haggling. I did get a great deal too. I purchased my Highlander XLE at more than 11% below MSRP. Highly recommend this place. Oh I forgot to mention I had my 11 month old napping in the car with my husband and they were able to get the whole deal done within an 1.5 hour window! More

We had a hard time choosing since they had one of the best selections of used Highlanders of any Toyota dealership in the area! Nathan was extremely patient. He is a true professional. We appreciate his integrity, thoughtfulness and care. He exceeded our expectations! Thanks also to Dave Van Allen for helping us get a great auto loan rate. It was significantly lower than what we could of obtained on our own, even with our excellent credit. Also special thanks to Shaun for all his help and the bandaids. It was well worth the trips from Danvers to Wellesley and we look forward to purchasing our next vehicle from Nathan and the Wellesley Toyota team. Great experience We purchased a used vehicle from Nathan. The full sales to delivery process was very low key. He was very good with my kids. Best Experience for my whole family Hi let me start off by saying .....I hate shopping for cars, but I have another child on the way and had a Saturn Vue 2008 that I was not fond of. My husband and I went all the way from Ayer to Wellesley Toyota from Ayer because of the service we received right over the phone from Nathan. He told us before we drive all the way out there he wanted to check my trade in and VIN # and check on all everything we were looking for so that we did not waste our trip. Nathan was not your typical car salesman trying to get you in the door, he was a very polite, he was NOT pushy and did not provide you false hope, and was not at all dishonest. Nathan made me, my husband and my 17 month old immediately like him. He made us feel at home and at ease and I cannot thank him enough. I have told my family and friends about him and would recommend Nathan to anyone looking to get a new or used car!!!!!!!!!!! The last two were purchased in 2015 and 2016 under Wellesley Toyota’s new sales model, and both times we were helped by Al Javid. Al is calm, efficient and helpful, and not pushy. The last two purchases were pleasant and not stressful. Most recently, we ordered our SUV on November 26, 2016 with an expected delivery window around Christmas. Al and Wellesley Toyota delivered our first choice of color and trim on December 10. Picking up our new SUV included about an hour of instruction and Q&A with a specialist who is trained to demonstrate the main features of our SUV and to answer any questions we had about our new purchase. My wife and I would strongly recommend Al and Wellesley Toyota if you are interested in a Toyota. More
