We had never been to Wellesley Toyota but I figured it was not too far away and we could stop in on our way home and try our luck one last time before heading home. I am thrilled that we found them !!! Thiago Barcellos was excellent and made us feel right at home and comfortable. He was down to earth, honest, respectful and pleasant. I felt like I was talking to a friend as opposed to an overly pushy salesperson in a suit just looking for a sale. We ended up purchasing a new 2019 Toyota Highlander right then and there. Thiago's customer service has been exceptional. He went above and beyond helping my husband and I get everything finalized with the dealership, registry and insurance company. He has followed up with emails and phone calls to ensure we are happy with our purchase and made himself available for any questions we may have about the operation of the vehicle or anything else for that matter. The best deal possible I was sick of my gas-guzzling money-pit of a BMW I owned and was looking to switch to a hybrid or EV, and after doing much research I decided the new I was sick of my gas-guzzling money-pit of a BMW I owned and was looking to switch to a hybrid or EV, and after doing much research I decided the new 2020 AWDe Toyota Prius XLE was for me, having almost all the same features that my 2008 E92 328xi had. I found a Used 2020 Prius on AutoTrader with only a few thousand miles that I had to have at Wellesley Toyota, and contacted them for it. When I showed up and test drove it and decided to buy it, they didn't have the title and said it was going to take a little bit to secure it, but that they would offer me the same deal on a new 2020 Prius instead. Cannot believe I got so much off sticker price on a brand new car and would highly recommend Marcus and his team to anybody in the market for a new or used Toyota. Very thankful for their above and beyond service. More
